It is their mission to help their clients meet, re-establish, and sustain fitness goals with training that emphasizes their Muscles in Motion philosophy in a challenging, fun, and safe environment. Clients have had a very good experience at M2 Fitness. The trainers helped them get back into exercising and taught them skills and exercises to help them on their journey to becoming more physically fit again. The atmosphere at M2 is inviting and comfortable, with a well-maintained space and a focus on working with trainers that makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once. The owner Benji and the trainers (Anna-Maria, Chris, Damarr, TC, Doug, and Austin) are helpful, knowledgeable, and able to accommodate clients' specific concerns. The gym is never crowded and always has a friendly atmosphere, and it is super clean and well-maintained with all the equipment needed to get a good workout.

I trained at M2 for a year and a half and had a great experience. All the trainers I worked with were friendly, welcoming, and created quality workouts for me. I got a lot stronger during my time at M2!
