This store offers very beautiful items, seasonal and practical. Our family makes a point to go there every season and we always find something to bring home with us. Whoever we interacted with that store (staff) are genuine and very helpful! I hope this place thrives for many more years to come! It's the nicest in that entire outdoor mall area.

Amazing customer service! I live out of state and had been searching nationwide for a particular item and found it (3)at Mac & Mabel's. There were issues with my credit card( purchasing out of state) and the gentleman helping me was extremely patient. My package arrived quicker than I expected... I will definitely stay in touch and make future purchases. Wonderful experience.

The owners are such nice people and they have good quality and gorgeous items. A must to stop at and see what's new in stock. Local artisans have paintings, pictures and other items on display for purchase. Love coming here

What a delightful shopping experience! A hidden gem with a variety of unique home decor and gift ideas. Customer service is top notch. The young gal who attended me was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my purchases. Definitely will be back :)

Absolutely terrible customer service.Updated- Offered no resolve for a customer issue on a $800 online order. I was fine to wait on the barstools, was clearly looking for explanation and trying to figure out where my order was. Never even got an order confirmation email for my order. Just wanted to know answers and the owner failed to give them and kept beating around the bush when I asked questions trying to get answers on the order. Like I said, I understand shipping delays and know it’s to no fault of the owner. However being treated and talked to the way I was, I canceled the order. Unfortunate and kills me, because I loved the barstools. But I refuse to give my hard earned money to someone who has no regard or cares to make their customer happy when a problem arises. I encourage you to do better to the next customer and to treat them with kindness and show them that as a “small business” you really do value their large order. Because mine was everything BUT that.

I have had the most wonderful customer service experience with Mac & Mabel! I ordered a new desk for my office and one of the legs arrived broken. I received a response promptly when I reached out, the team worked to resolve my issue completely and quickly and immediately credited my account an amount for the inconvenience! Customer service like this is unheard of today. They’ve kept me updated on the status of my replacement desk and have been an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be showing at Mac & Mabel whenever possible!

Came into to purchase an antique clock and one caught my eye right away. Went to a few other stores in the town and they didn’t have what I needed. The staff was really friendly and was able to help me find some matching accessory decals for other placements on my wall and accent table.
