In emergency situations, they provide calm and reassuring communication, such as when a customer's tire blew out and they were heading to catch a flight. Mac Towing's drivers, like Jared, Jeremy, and Joe, are efficient and reliable, while their dispatchers, like the unnamed dispatcher, are helpful and accommodating. With a focus on customer care, Mac Towing has earned a reputation for being an amazing company that can be trusted to get the job done.
Kevin moved a very large tool box, 12 ft x 3 ft x 6 ft, to a storage unit and did an outstanding job!! If we could give him 6 stars we would! Thank you again Kevin and Mac Towing.
