Macy's credit card is a total scum, avoid it at all cost. A single cologne which is $130 online, costed me $200 and 39 credit scores plus the stress it has given me for last few months.
I tried to pay off credit card many times through mobile app and website, but I could not because of trashy Macy's mobile app and website. I got the credit card for some discounts, but regret it forever.
Finally went to Lynnwood Macy's in person to pay off card. a disgusting customer service added up to all of the above.

Good but customer expect more new and modern furniture they have the same style from long time ago the fashion is getting update so hopefully until my next visit they bring more new designs

Absolutely avoid purchasing from them. The couches exhibit extremely poor quality, with the cushions of the one I bought becoming soft within just a month. Upon contacting customer care, they offer no support and just apologize without providing any solutions. Their lack of assistance is appalling, especially considering the significant amount spent on a couch of such dismal quality.

Never ever buy from them. The couches are of an extremely poor quality. The cushions for the one I purchased turned soft in a month. On calling customer care they are extremely unsupportive and keep saying that 'I apologize and can't do anything about it'. When asked for a solution, they have none to offer and disconnect the call. This is 1 month after buying a couch worth thousands. Pathetic quality and even more pathetic customer support.

Salesperson was excellent however order placed and was promised call for delivery within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later no call. Worse is that the labyrinth that is the stores automated phone system doesn't allow u to navigate to a live body to speak with

After shopping around a few other furniture stores, we decided to try Macy's. I wasn't sure I would like any of their options, but boy I was wrong. We found a great couch for a great price!We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and received helped right away from a very friendly gentleman named Jerry. He was able to answer our questions and help us locate a sofa with the right dimensions, material, and feel. What I like most is how customizable the options are. We were able to customize our sofa to a lighter cream corduroy, which fits perfectly with our home decor. We were quoted about 8-10 weeks for delivery, but we received it in about 4-5! I'm really sorry to see so many negative experiences with the delivery service. For us, it was a seamless experience. We scheduled the date and they sent us the time window the day before. On the morning of, we got a call about 30 mins ahead of our expected window asking if it was okay for them to arrive early. They were courteous, professional, and quick. They were also able to get it up from the parking lot to our apartment in 1 trip. They made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. No complaints! We'll see how it wears over time, but we are over the moon so far. We purchased the insurance package for peace of mind as well.
