There were lots of selections and great sales going on. However, I had a disappointing experience at the register. Sofia refused to process my return simply because there was a single gray hair stuck on the outside of the box. The item was brand new, still sealed, and clearly never used. I have black hair, so the gray hair obviously wasn’t mine.

This was my first time in a Marshalls and everyone here is so NICE! They had a great selection of things and we had returned home and noticed one of our items that we paid for didn't make it back. We quickly returned and the manager was so nice and so helpful! Even had a good laugh with him. Definitely recommended shopping here!!

The manager Farrah was very rude and unprofessional. I believe Jesse the manager above her will let her do what ever she want because when I asked about the manager information she seemed didn't care. I'm there long time customer and spend a lot of money but not anymore will go shop somewhere else.

Visiting from out of state. Just wanted to walk around before retiring to our hotel. It seemed a little messy in this Marshalls. I didn’t really plan on shopping so I didn’t have to bring stuff on the plane with me. They had a pretty big sunglasses selection compared to the Marshall’s and TJ Maxx that I go to.

They have certainly improved their merchandise quality and placements. It is way better than Ross or TJ Max now.
