Loved the stories of people behind the software. Did expect more information about different Ms products like excel, word etc as most people do not know that these are "Ms office"

What a great, inspiring experience seeing some of the Microsoft offices. Reinforced my confidence in this company and impressed me with the forethought and design and architecture required to create these kinds of facilities.

If you are a gamer you would like it more. It was interesting but thought it could have more displays on the history. It is in a building where they have workers and I saw a sign X-Box Research. The Microsoft Store was larger then the Welcome Center. It is more like a college campus than a typical corporate building setup.

A great place to visit with the family. The visitor center has a store, a small museum and gaming area for kids. My son enjoyed playing all the free games from the xbox vault while my wife and I checked out the Microsoft store.

Someone from this location keeps hacking into peoples credit cards and debit cards and charging gross amounts of money and they don’t do anything about it?

Visitor Center at Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond, Washington. You can purchase clothes, cups, hats, and Microsoft hardware with Microsoft product names or pictures emblazoned on them. The price is a bit expensive

Hours are incorrect. Not very kid friendly. When kids were playing on the large screen they were told to switch video games because the one they were playing was rated "M." The first room on the left is mostly a sales floor for their new AI integration: Copilot+PC.
Computers with video games playing are NOT touch screen so have fun telling the little ones not to select options with their cute little dedos.
And then... we got a 5 minute warning because they were closing the visitor center for a private event. Not a great use of our out of town guests' time. ☹️

I planned to buy some souvenirs, such as t-shirts, hats or tumblers, but it was hard to find anything with quality or good design. A little disappointed.
The place was spacious, clean and organized.

The Visitor Center & Store are right next to the Microsoft logo, building is marked as Xbox Design Studio and badged entry, but you just go ahead and the store will be on your right
