This place could use more signage, couldn’t find the location of it for about 15 minutes. Turns out it was inside an unmarked building right next to the parking lot.Nice museum of some of Microsoft’s history and has a gift shop, typical gifts- nothing too exciting. But plan to spend about 30-40 minutes max.

Microsoft Surface in the UK, have terrible customer service. Staff are poorly trained, dont actually care about customer service and tech support put the phone down on you (19:02) (17th Jan 2024) when they cant answer simple questions. I know what good customer service is - having trained people in customer service for a large hotel chain. MS customer service is disgusting. I will never buy another surface pro.

The phone numbers do not work the just keep lying and say I will connect you to an operator and then the phone hangs up. I would give them a negative 1000 stars is possible 1 425 882 8080 1 800 642 7676

Very innovative piece for tech influencers. Lots of things we learned from the company and their history.

The unhinged driver of this Microsoft shuttle bus got out of his vehicle to confront me while we were stopped at a red light. He proceeded to yell at me that I was too close behind the shuttle bus even though there was plenty of space between us. Regardless, he should have never exited his vehicle in the middle of the street, while in traffic to confront me the way he did. Complete lunatic that’s a liability waiting to happen for his company. This happened on 11/7/23 at around 2:20pm. Driver was an elderly white male

It is not big. But worth a visit when you want to learn a bit the history of microsoft. The flagship is interesting. And I bought a souvenire T-shirt, which is normally not sold outside. The new campus of MS is really worth to visit.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Was so excited to check out the visitor center but it’s tiny! Expected more from Microsoft.

It is disappointing, to say the least. Expected detailed history, but only got to see a couple of slides.A company with such rich history, numerous milestones, and loads of feathers in the cap, I had imagined something awesome. But again, maybe my son and I set our expectations too high.

If you're into gaming or the history of Microsoft, this place is great. Otherwise it's just a Microsoft gift shop. My 2 kids 10-13 loved it. It was their highlight of our entire trip to Seattle. They have 5-10 gaming stations where we played Halo...something they can do at home, but it's cool playing AT Microsoft HQ. We lucked out because the stations freed up shortly after we got there. If they were in-use the entire time, we would have been in and out in 20 minutes. My wife and daughter would not have had such a great time.

Pretty cool place you should check out in Seattle as this is the headquarters of one of the largest tech companies in the world. It’s free to come in too which is nice. There is a store with Microsoft products, Windows copies, and merch. Also there is an exhibit of the company history. Definitely worth visiting if you love using Microsoft software! I have Windows 11 on all my PCs and I love it!

Considering how storied the company is, I was surprised at how little there was of content in the visitor's center. There was a wall and a half of interesting stuff which probably takes less than 15 minutes to fully read through. Fun to visit as a local, perhaps, but for tourists, this place is difficult to recommend given how many other options there are to spend your vacation.
