Five stars is not enough for these guys. Can I give them 10/10?
They're amazing.
I've had two cars fixed at Millen over the span of ten years. The first was a Toyota SUV, we were rear-ended and they had to replace the back door and bumper. Millen fixed it quickly and it came out looking perfect. The door repairs are still perfect a decade later, no flaws, leaks or issue. This one was smooth and fast, because Toyota parts are plentiful and easy to get.
I just ( today ) had another, much more difficult repair completed, on a Genesis SUV. This one was a real headache as Genesis parts are difficult to get. The Genesis dealership in Kirkland said that they would only work with a couple other local body shops, not Millen. Both of the Genesis recommended shops had terrible reviews. I went to Millen instead, willing to take more time to get my car back to like-new. Greg, one of the estimators there, went way, way, way above and beyond in this case. He couldn't get the local Genesis dealership to work with him, so he went all over the place to get genuine Genesis parts, sourcing them from out of state. The guy is like pit bull, once he grabs onto something he won't let it go. It took about nine months, but he got all genuine Genesis parts ( front bumper, drivers side door, mirror, etc, etc ) and they completed the repair. The final product is like new. The paint job is like a mirror, just flawless. Don't take your car anywhere else. These guys work magic. They are the absolute best.

Well, when they give you an estimate and the final price is within $8 and they say it will take a week and it takes a week, what more do you want? A mini-detail on the interior?
Oh yeah, they did that too (vacuum and wiped all the dust off the dashboard and console area). And by the way, the work was excellent. My repair was quite small (fender and bumper replacement) so not complicated, but regardless it looks like new and the paint was blended very well. Highly recommend.

Came to Millen Autobody to replace a passenger mirror and had an amazing experience! The whole team was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Dropped my car off in the morning and got a call just a few hours later that it was ready. They even buffed out plastic markings on my vehicle complimentery. The staff answered all my questions and kept me updated. My car was completely fixed and cleaned upon return. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for any future repairs. The service was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

A month ago, I visited this place because the front part of my car was damaged. They repaired it perfectly, and my car looked like new. They kept the schedule very well, their skills were impressive, and the staff was very friendly. If I ever have another issue with my car, I would definitely choose this place again.

I am currently an SBO in the automotive repair industry, working closely with Queen City auto body for some time (they are Crash Champions now.) I saw a lot of high quality work leave that shop, and I know what a good paint job/ legit body work looks like. Just picked up my lowly (but clean) '02 Honda, and they did AMAZING! Very hard to match old silver paint, but they did a really nice job. No fisheyes, no orange peel. It is obvious they have good talent there AND they care about doing good work.

Greg and his colleagues are incredibly responsive, transparent, patient and diligent. They managed communicating my rather challenging insurance company far better than I had expected. Our daughter rear ended someone while driving my wife's Audi A3 electric hybrid, Millen Autobody did a great job dealing with our mess and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work

I had an amazing experience at this repair shop! The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough. They answered all my questions, kept me updated on the progress, and even assisted with the insurance company. My car was completely fixed and cleaned upon return. I highly recommend this place, and if I ever need car repairs again, I'll definitely be going back.Overall, the service at this repair shop was top-notch.
