DaMarr was amazing, but no longer works here as a coach. Greg only fills in. I've been going almost 2 years. It's not as much of a close supportive environment any more - no space for everyone to work together. Gotta keep pace with the clock, if you don't work harder there won't be time to rest, no time to talk get back to work, you'll hold people up. Would benefit from making it 1.5 hours. Also, the membership only includes the class - no general gym access outside of the class.

I have been working out for 2+ years here and I simply love it. The management and staff here have helped me achieve my fitness goals and have helped me stay focused and fit. It is a very supportive and friendly atmosphere and I feel a real sense of belonging and community here. I love it and highly recommend!

Great OTF studio with awesome staff and coaches! Parking is never an issue as well and it will be right next to the light rail!

Great place to work out for people of all athletic abilities. Greg really knows what he's talking about. People there are nice and helpful. I also recommend jiu jitsu there.

Great place, hard to see entrance unless you know where it is, parking is sporatic but the gym itself is fantastic.

Great gym with very supportive trainers. Coach Greg is extremely knowledgeable and patient. This gym has people who have been athletes all their lives, as well as individuals who have literally never worked out before. They teach you proper form and push you just enough so that you exceed your own expectations of ability, but not so much that you end up hurting yourself. Very nice community of people as well. They have also found ways to be safe and still provide workouts during a pandemic. Thank you Greg and Monkey Bar staff for all that you do!

I started working out here about a year ago. I initially signed up because I was interested in doing Jiu Jitsu but started doing work outs on the Monkeybar side of the gym and really fell in love! My membership included unlimited access to both sides, which was great because the functional training really pairs well with my martial arts! The trainers here are awesome and are always able to work around my injuries and give personal time to each member in the class. They have members set and write down goals, and take your measurements so you are able to see your progress. They also cater to your experience level, making the classes appropriate for all abilities... beginners and advance alike. I like the small group classes because it motivates me to get my workout done because we are all working out together, and the members at the gym are really friendly. Definitely a huge family atmosphere. During the summer they held bbq potlucks every week! It's SO much more personal than the big chain gyms... I absolutely love this gym and I will keep coming back!
