Best nail experience I’ve had—hands down.
We booked a last-minute appointment for three pedicures, and they were able to fit us in with no problem. I also added a manicure, and everything was handled so smoothly. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome right away. The salon was spotless, the atmosphere was calm, and the whole experience felt relaxed and professional. My nails look amazing, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. Highly recommend!

first visit here, parking was easy. shop was clean and well maintained. Every person working in the shop said hello to me and asked me how I was, offered water, tea etc. they were all very inviting. service was great, I love my toes shape and color . the total for gel manicure $65 (painting nails with gel, massage, lotion, warm towel and callus removal) + $5 for the removal of my old gel(done at another salon) a total of $70 (not including tip) . I felt the price was fair for the work and customer service. I will definitely be returning. thanks ladies again.

First time at Nancy’s was an above and beyond experience! Warm, inviting, clean, and professional. This is the only nail salon I’ve been to that asks customers to wash our hands first, which immediately made me comfortable that health and safety are their priority.
Even though I walked in an hour before closing, everyone was so kind and took their time to make sure I left happy. Nancy is welcoming and both Chi and Nhi (sorry if I misspelled!) did a beautiful job and were a delight. Nhi’s nail art is top notch!
I will be back soon!

Grateful they were able to accept same day appt but they didn’t do well on cuticle care and left my gel uneven despite the tech spending a long time buffing my natural nails down.

I came here through a recommendation from a friend for their skills in nail art! Nancy was so kind and friendly for my first visit there and they did a great job with my pedicure and manicure. Very detailed, and it seems like it will last very well without getting damaged.

Very gentle (no sore, over cut, or bleeding cuticles!), extremely detailed, absolutely perfect manicure. Everyone was so friendly, quiet, and polite. I have found the perfect place to go to in Redmond after almost a year of hit and miss. Definitely going back regularly. Thank you!

I have been looking for good nail salons with great service, quality and respect for people's time. I felt welcomed when entering in and I was very happy with how efficient, delicate and caring my technician was with my nails.
