I brought my Porsche here for a windshield replacement after an unrepairable chip. They delt with the insurance, scheduled me for 1.5 h appointment. I brought the car on time and to my surprise it took less time. The car looks like new. Everything was calibrated perfectly and the automatic windshield wipers are working exactly as before. The staff is friendly and professional.
Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service, same day repair, great quality work! Had sizable damage to the windshield of our VW Alltrack from a rock hitting it last night. Called around to get some quotes around the area. Voicemail after voicemail. When I called Novus, Cye answered almost immediately. He patiently listened to my story and needs and confidently answered a number of questions right away, without even being in the office yet. He asked for a couple photos of the windshield and the damage via text and made sure with his team that a fitting windshield was available. Once he had everything confirmed, he let me know that I can come over. He and his team continued to impress by being very compassionate about the damage the windshield had taken and the scare this had been. I also got a lift home! Once the replacement was done a few hours later, he notified us via text and we coordinated the pickup time. Pickup was straightforward. Cye gave some pointers and explained some of the details of their process when I had questions around the glue they use. From what I can tell, the replacement is virtually indistinguishable from the factory windshield and install.
Really glad I found you guys, I would recommend you to any friend without hesitation!

I reached out to Cye at Novus Glass after safelite failed to show up to scheduled appointment for my window repair (without calling me to mention any delay/cancellation). I was pretty frustrated by that situation with Safelite, and Cye at NOVUS was such a huge help when I really needed it. He took the time to explain the different types of glass, the process and timelines with insurance approvals etc. and even pre ordered 2 different windows for me so I had options to get a quick repair the next day. The people at Safelite eventually showed up to do the repair, so unfortunately I wasn't able to bring my car to NOVUS, but it was clear from the level of service from Cye that this is a MUCH BETTER CHOICE THAN SAFELITE, and will be my first call next time I need any window repairs. Even after I let him know that Safeline eventually showed up, he gave me a bunch of tips to check their work to ensure they didn't cut any corners. Really great service! I didn't know anything about glass repair places prior to this experience, but now I know to avoid Safelite and go here instead!

Cye Kashani and his crew are awesome really took care of me. I have a 26 year old Ford Excursion and they did an excellent job replacing the windshield. They made sure the windshield was perfect and cleaned up the pinch seam area and applied before mounting the new glass. Another way I could tell this is good shop is several repeat customers come by to get rock chips repaired when I was there and each one of them had nothing but good to say.

I never really write reviews but this place was so amazing i just had too! Front desk reception Alyssa was so amazing all of the staff was very nice and on top of that the service time was only 20 mins! I was in and out and loved talking to them! Highly recommend to everyone!

Novus glass have items on stock appointments the same day or next day. Don't waste your time and money at Safelite... Great prices and great customer service... And they won't waste your time.

I recently had my windshield replaced on my Volkswagen GTI at Novus Glass of Redmond and had a fantastic experience. From the initial contact to scheduling and ultimately installation, communication was excellent and scheduling was convenient. Cye, as well as the rest of the office staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. During my installation appointment, I was given a 90 minute time estimate. however, the technician finished in 30. While vehicles requiring system calibration will most likely fall into that 90 minute timeframe, that is a completely acceptable estimate. Not only will I use them again if needed, I would happily recommend them.

Saw all the good reviews and decided to go through to get our windshield replaced on your 2025 Mercedes but had a bad experience.
I wanted to go through our insurance to get the windshield replaced and went through Allstate online claims to set Novus to be the business to do so. A day or so later, the claim was approved and I only needed to pay my deductible (according to my insurance agent).
Cye, from NOVUS, texted me saying that my insurance only approved 90% of the total and that I would have to pay out of pocket 10% of the total plus the deductible. His excuse was that my insurance policy’s set up and that I have a spending limit for windshield replacements. He also stated that “insurance companies have been getting real tight on things lately.”
After talking to a manager at Allstate, I found out that NOVUS was a preferred vendor. Since they are a preferred vendor, Allstate sends them clients who need work done to their cars and in return NOVUS gives 10% off to Allstate (not 10% off my bill).
Cye at NOVUS knew all about this but decided to lie about it to try and get back the 10% that they would have lost to Allstate as a preferred vendor. Basically to get more clients from insurance companies and also try to upsell to those clients to pay up the difference.
Very unprofessional and bad work ethic to do such a thing. For anyone else reading this, please check with your insurance company to make sure these guys don’t take advantage of you.

Cye at Novus is amazing. For installation jobs I can't perform myself, he's the only one I trust with glass for my exotics (Maserati/Jaguar/Corvette). Thanks Cye for being a person of integrity - getting to be a rare attribute these days.
