We used On the Go Moving & Storage for a partial pack, full move, and long-term storage. They were fantastic in every step of the journey. They had great communication and upfront pricing from day 1. The partial pack service for our fragile kitchenware was fast and efficient, and the whole move-out day went smoothly. I could not recommend them enough!

We worked with on the go moving and storage to move one of our tenant's items to a storage unit during renovations, and the team was amazing, Ian, Vernell and Matthew were the three that did the job, and they were very professional, and got the work completed in a timely manner. I definitely will be requesting these three again for the future moving and storage needs.

The guys were good team together, figured out some very complicated spatial awareness to cram my 1 bdrm apt of furnishings into a.space of 5’ Depth x 10’ ft width and 10’ tall, allowing me the precise space to also fit and store my MBZ S500. They put the puzzle together and saved me $100s of dollars per month!.

Great experience. Angel and Joseph were professional, took great care of my belongings and were very efficient. They worked so hard in the summer heat, having started later than normal at my request to accommodate the elevator schedule. I would hire them again for a local move.

We recently moved to a new townhome and hired a crew from On the Go. Samuel and his team were very fast and careful with our belongings. They also were able to accommodate some items that we hadn't listed in our email correspondence and treated these items with great care.
Thanks to On the Go, our move was smooth and significantly less stressful. We can't thank them enough for all the help!

Local Move
I booked several weeks in advance. A few days before the move, the company called to ask if I could reschedule; I could not.
When the crew arrived, one worker appeared new to moving work. I heard another ask him, “Have you done a move before?”
The crew did not bring a toolbox for disassembly. I lent mine; it was then packed into the truck and couldn’t be located for several hours, which stalled disassembly. From roughly 12:00–3:00 pm, the crew told me they were still looking for the toolbox. I borrowed tools from neighbors and disassembled items myself to keep things moving.
The lead mover apologized and said he was having difficulty managing the team.
At the destination, after an hour of work, two crew members focused on furniture reassembly in the house while one staged boxes near the entrance; I carried many boxes inside myself.
The move took about 50% longer than the estimate (5-7 hours estimated; 10.5 hours actual). I called and they confirmed that one of the movers was new and was shadowing their lead mover on the day of my move. I was told I’d receive a 10% discount. However, after a month with no adjustment, I was told today the discount would not be applied.
Bottom line: Based on this experience, I wouldn’t use On the Go Moving and Storage again.

We've used this company twice now and quality seems to be heavily crew dependent. First time was fantastic and the crew got everything moved in 3 hours (1bd 1 bath) without any issues. A year later, a different crew moved the same amount of stuff over a shorter distance and it took 5.5 hours and we ended up with a shattered mirror. I understand things can happen during moves but it's unfortunate that the extra care wasn't taken despite us asking to be cautious with the large mirror. This crew was also 30 minutes late on the ETA that they texted me the day of. The coverage scaling (price vs reimbursement totals) works against you if you're not moving a lot of heavy stuff, but that's just kind of the name of the game with insurance for moves.

Our move went very smoothly, the 4 movers and two trucks arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The price was reasonable but they finished in less time than estimated. The workers were friendly, kept us informed every step of the way, were respectful and work really hard.

This is the second time I've hired On The Go Moving & Storage. Upon arrival, the team got right to work. They had my things packed and loaded in two and a half hours!
The team worked with speed, efficiency and courtesy throughout the day.
