This was my first telehealth appointment and I was pleasantly surprised. Felt like I was there. Didn't feel rushed. Connection was great. Got all my questions answered. No noticeable disadvantages. I was feeling super sick so I am grateful for this opportunity.

I had an annual wellness check today. Checkin was smooth and I got in right on time. The PA was Mondano (sp.) who did an excellent job before Dr. Platzner came in. I appreciated her willingness to answer the series of questions I had after completing the requirements of the wellness exam. Dr. Platzner is very professional and has a way of putting a patient at ease.

I love linda Van Hoss, her remarkable efficiency, caring demeanor, and immediate follow through when contacting via the portal. I am devastated to learn of her upcoming departure.I am extremely disappointed in Overlakes inability to retain a high quality provider. In this day of limited primary care providers, it is astonishing that the hospital administrators would not go to exteme lengths to retain an exemplary professional. Having experienced this hospital from a contractor side....not suprised.Too bad, I likely will move to the Swedish system!
