This company will absolutely scam you and your insurance company. They double bill on as many parts and accessories as they can get away with and we the patients pay sooooo much extra because of this... both against our deductible and the outrageous rates we pay insurance companies. Do yourself a favor and check the ratings before you let your medical provider send you to Performance Home Medical! I ended up having to pay out of pocket $1600 for a CPAP machine that costs $1000 online and that's WITH full medical insurance!

An absolutely miserable experience every single time. The techs are nice enough, but not very helpful. The overall experience feels like dealing with a used car salesman. Exhaust all other options first. These people are in sales, not medicine.Update: still feel the same way except wanted to add that they literally call me to refill supplies more than my debt collector.

2 weeks after placing my order, I called to check, only to be put on hold for half an hour. They didn't even start the insurance verification process yet! They likely hack Google reviews too. Look at the 1.5 stars on Yelp and the 3-4 stars on Google.

Terrible service. No urgency on taking care of patients. Quick to call to ask you to replenish sleep apnea supplies but when it comes to getting a new equipment, the customer service is terrible. They first tell you that the machine is available in one of the offices and then change the story. Even overnight shipping requires a CEO approval. I would not deal with this company had it not been ordered by Swedish Medical. Both Swedish Medical Sleep Center and Performance don't care about the patients needs. The customer agent at Performance Medical even hang up on my call after giving me wrong info and wasted 30 mins with someone that is rude and ignorant.

I have had the worst customer service possible. I have been waiting 3 months for my mask that was prescribed 3/16, I hope no one dies in their sleep waiting for equipment.

Met with Maurice who was just stellar. I am fairly ADHD which can be uncomfortable because I talk a LOT, but he was kind and polite. Everyone in the office was super helpful and a big difference from their Lynnwood location. I Lynnwood, while the front office staff were really nice, the therapist (manager) was rude, inconsiderate and literally mean to me. I don't believe he still works there though.

Eileen has been an amazing advocate for my husband. She worked diligently to get the right equipment for him. Thank you so much.

Just try to get someone on the phone....IMPOSSIBLE. I've tried many times....have been on hold for as long as 55 minutes waiting for a person to come on the line. And I've also pressed "1" to get a call back....never happened. Terrible customer service.

Less than impressed. They swap name brand with their own and bill the same prices or higher.1. Billed me $94 dollars for nasal pillows. On Amazon these are $20 each. What do I get: four, in four different sizes. What use is that to me?2. I use the Philips mask which has been perfect. Instead they send a knockoff that leaks and gives me a headache. This cost $34. On Amazon the Philips name brand mask frame is $9!Performance what?

If your pulmonologist refers you here, DEMAND they refer you elsewhere! They are horrific to work with, especially in regards to billing. Unbelievably bad!

I agree that they are in business to sell product, but that's basically what our medical/pharmaceutical industry has become. Nevertheless, Performance Home Medical does a good job in the home resupply area.

If you want to have a first hand experience with the hEalTh cArE industry (read, cartel), come here.My suggestion would be :RUNIf your healthcare provider is referring you to here, ask them to refer you to somewhere else. If they cant, switch your healthcare provider. This provider can get away with their abysmal service because of all the referrals that they are getting and customers are forced to work with them. Customers will have to start avoiding the doctors that are referring to here, that’s the only way they will ever change.

Mostly, they seem to be in the business of extracting the maximum cash flow from insurance. What they want to do is get you on an autopay plan so they can replace parts far faster than they actually wear out. Then, they do sales calls thinly veiled as medical consults, but are really to make sure that your use of the device is compliant with insurance requirements, then to try to sell you replacements for things that are serviceable for years. They tried to scam me on my ResMed AirSense 10 by wanting to charge $1000 for a $700 unit. Their reasoning is that the unit is $700, but that the heater is $300. The heater is built in to the unit, not an add on. There is no such thing as an AirSense10 without a heater. If I didn't have private insurance with a legal department, they probably would have gotten away with it, but insurance only paid $700 on the $1000 fraudulent charge that they filed. If you want to buy things, great. If, like me, you need a warrantee repair on a bad unit, I wish you luck. I am not even convinced that they have anybody who picks up this line. They don't call back, and their onhold music is awful. As soon as I find an alternative, I'm not looking back.
