The most disgusting experience Ive had. Never go here for any service. I went in for a I-9 document verification. There was a lady there who was verifying my documents. She never understood the process and threw my documents on the table. When I asked to not do that she started to shout at me.

Ms Sung Pak is a great owner and staff. I have been there twice mailing photos and goods, she was always patient and helped me find the best international mailing service. you can always trust her.
Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. Her store can deliver cross-border logistics for all companies, and the speed is faster than Chinese logistics. It is highly recommended!

This company is a scam. Paid for boxes and packing. Received in old used boxes. A few peanuts thrown in on top of our things. Everything was broken. Don't use them. In the process of turning them in to the treasury department.

So far I have used their services for I9 Section 2 Document Verification, Visa Pictures, sending packages and purchasing materials. I have received great service and especially today when I swallowed wrong and started coughing the nice lady offered me a bottle of water. She was super nice, polite and helpful!

There is an old Asian lady there that is extremely rude and corrupt. She is aggressive at all times, and has illegally falsified information so that documents do not get approved. This is terrible and unhinged behaviour.

Went in for fingerprinting. Employee said I had to go to third party website to make an account and an appointment. Couldn’t make an appt because it said I needed employer code. Why bother advertising fingerprinting services if I can’t get them.

The lady who does the notary here has wasted a lot of time for us. I have shown the documents to her and see if she can notarize them and asked us to start signing and as she started to notarize, she wanted the witness to be present in front of her. Why cant she tell that upfront than wasting our time. After enough arguing, we found a way forward and she jacked up her price from 7 per document to 10 per document. Her colleague mentioned the price to me as 7 before we start but when the time to pay has come, she changed the price. Never going back to her again as she has no clue what she is doing and could not communicate all the instructions at once.

The owner so clearly wants to help yet she does not communicate all details leading to wasted time. We needed a witness for a notarized document and told her we would do offsite and come back. When we returned with witness signatures she informed us that she needed as a notary to witness the witness. First time in my life I’ve been told that but it was the fact that she didn’t tell us on our initial visit that this was how she operated, she offered a solution but by that time we said no because we felt so much of our time had been wasted.
