I am a long time Pony Express customer. I was admittedly heartbroken to learn Mike had moved on from the business after so many lovely years. Every Christmas season I would ship all of my gifts to family back East as Pony always has excellent one-stop shipping and a diversity of rates for everything you need. However I most looked forward to seeing Mike. He was a pleasure to speak with and a hilarious guy. Having quick silly banter with Mike was what I looked forward to most at Christmastime. Mike—I hope you enjoy your adventures and these next chapters of your life. Thank you for our passports, notaries, shipping, the eggs, the vegetable seeds. And thank you for being a lovely human being. You will be missed. —Heath

We visited this Pony Express Redmond Town Center location today to get my mom’s passport photo done. The lady who took the picture was very rude. She only took one shot and when we wanted to check the picture she told me “DO NOT TOUCH THE CAMERA!” And I wasn’t even touching it. My mom’s head was tilted upwards a bit too much in the picture and when I told her to take one more shot she refused to do that. After my mom said that she doesn’t like this, the lady was annoyed but agreed to take one more shot and told me to “STEP BACK, GIVE ME SOME SPACE!” with some hand gestures. Clearly she was irritated by us for wanting to push that button one more time. She wanted us to accept the image on the camera, and there was only one shot which wasn’t good.
This is a service business and there are so many other places to choose from.

As others mentioned the owners are extremely unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately they are the only service around here so they can afford this behavior.

I went there because the previous passport photo I got from Wallgreens was rejected. The lady there was very friendly and professional. She made sure my head position and hair were all good. About 20 minutes later I received the digital copy. I tried to resize it to meet the requirements but it didn't work. I relied the email asking for another version so that I have more room for resizing. They replied in a couple minutes and I got another version that I was able to make work. I really appreciate how responsive and flexible they are.

I got my documents Notarized and passport pictures taken for Indian passport renewal. They were extremely quick and finished the whole thing in less than 10 minutes, including the wrapping in the UPS shipping envelope! Very smooth process, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.

I appreciate the owner/manager; when I went to get a document notarized with my kids, his friendly demeanor extended to them as well. Despite the simplicity of notarizing a form, his warmth made the experience memorable. I wish more people displayed such friendliness.

Pony express helped me mail a bunch of boxes quickly with price options for different delivery companies (ups/fedex/usps). They also can box items for you for a surcharge.

We had a wonderful experience here getting passport photos taken for our son with ASD. Our son has a hard time staying still and following directions like where to look etc. so I called before hand to see when they would be less busy and give them a heads up that our photo session might take a little more time. The employee I spoke with was very reassuring and kind. When we arrived the other employee taking the photos was ready for us. He worked really quickly and was incredibly accommodating. He was able to get a great picture of my son and did it in well under 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this business and will continue to use them in the future.
