The only negative things I have to say are likely not the fault of the pharmacists, but they are as follows:•The one time I interacted with the automated answering machine system, it was simply incorrect about the information I requested (check status), evidenced by my subsequent call to a live pharmacist to double-check. Perhaps the automated answering machine system isn't updated as often as it needs to be.•They are often understaffed, and while I, personally, do not recall ever having a negative interaction with a pharmacist, I know the exacerbated situation may potentially increase the odds of an unpleasant interaction between them and patients.•Any other complaints I have are either mostly out of their control, like the occasionally long wait-times for prescriptions (see understaffed criticism), or *entirely* out of their control, like medication shortages.In spite of these points, I have no complaints about the quality of service at the pharmacy; they are competent and usually quite prompt! One particular pharmacist deserves a special mention for going above and beyond for me when they absolutely did not have to, despite their exhaustion; their compassion deserves five stars and will be the reason I continue returning to this pharmacy above all others.

This QFC store in the Bella Botega shopping center in Redmond has a nice, big parking lot, which makes it more convenient than the crowded QFC a few blocks away on Redmond Way, near Trader Joe's. However, I only occasionally shop here because prices are much higher than at the other QFC on Redmond Way or Fred Meyer which is part of the same Kroger chain. In addition, this past weekend, I had an annoying experience whereby I was purchasing some wine and I already had my driver's license out because I know that all Kroger chain stores have made a policy of checking IDs, regardless of the age of the person who is buying wine, beer or spirits. The cashier made a ridiculous, "Wink-Wink-Nudge-Nudge" joke like, "Oh, YOUNG LADY, you look like you are barely 21. Can I see some ID?" He may have thought he was being funny but this was not cute, it was condescending. Would he have asked a male senior citizen, "Oh, YOUNG MAN, you look like you are barely 21. Can I see some ID?" I don't think so. This store and stores in general need to counsel their cashiers to ditch the dumb "age" jokes, especially when serving female customers. Simply say, "May I see your ID? It is store policy." And leave it at that.

The staff at the pharmacy are compassionate and supportive. I had a difficult time picking up my medications while sick. My fever was relentless and I was erring on the side of delirious. James the Pharmacist was incredibly supportive. I get my medications there regularly and I always have a good interaction with the pharmacy staff. I was in a dire place today with no personal support and these folks stepped up! Thank you ☺️

I like their produce section, fruits and veggies are fresh and their quality is good. They have organic shallot an ginger which are top quality.The bakery section is good too and their bread collection is fresh and good.There is a Panda Express inside the store.

Generally, I’m away from writing the feedback. Today I felt I need to take this opportunity and share my Awful Experience with the QFC pharmacy staff. The staff is not effective, and lazy. They get tired immediately after serving one person. No proper response over phone calls. Really pathetic experience. The management of Q(quality)FC pharmacy should look into these concerns and provide a better quality experience to customers

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 1-2 years and have never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and I’ve never had any problems or delays with their phone service (either myself or my doctor calling). While at times during the pandemic they have seemed stressed and under-staffed, the employees have always been kind to me and good at their jobs despite the hardships. I only hope that they can be fairly compensated for their work and well-supported in the future. I also appreciate that this location has fairly late hours that help with odd life schedules such as my own.

This is a small pharmacy but they are great at their jobs and care about your needs. They are located at the front of the store without much privacy. They do vaccinations at this location as well. This Fred Myers location upstairs clothing section is great, you will find many sales on great brands. The availability to use the drive thru is also a great plus to choosing this for all your pharmaceutical needs.

The QFC employees at this store have gone well beyond just doing their jobs! They are so friendly and so helpful! I recently shopped on Sunday and the woman at the check out counter walked me over to the adjacent liquor area to help me find my purchase. There was no one after me in line so it did not inconvenience another guest and it was such a nice gesture. The employee inside the liquor area was also nice and helpful. This store is the BEST!

I've always thought pharmacies in a grocery store may be a less favorable experience and QFC pharmacy proved me right. I decided to try it for convenience Unfortunately it took 4 hours more than the promised 2 hours to get my prescription filled. Staffing should be planned better to be able to handle the work if they want to be in healthcare. This isn't the first time it took longer either. It will be the last time. Disappointed.

Have an amazing pharmacy team from, Kay and Michael to Kristina and Parviz. Thank you for all you do for me. My insurance can be a pain sometimes. My pharmacy team does everything they can for me every time, Thank you Qfc pharmacy team!

Terrible customer service. Constantly late to fill refills. On multiple occasions I've been told to come in they're ready and I have to wait an hour or two. Unacceptable.

Hey QFC, thanks for the 85% ground beef! At $7/lb I'd expect better than this 24 hours later. N-A-S-T-Y. Covid-19 is no excuse to sell garbage to your customers.
