This remains one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. The location is super convenient to/from home and over the years it has remained consistent, clean, and offers excellent customer service. As the name suggests, the products here (especially produce) are above and beyond the quality that you might find at other places. The cut melon here is our favorite! For the last couple of years we have paid for QFC's Boost next-day grocery delivery membership. It's already reasonable at $59. However, when we renewed in October, we had a $20 off coupon so we waited for it to expire and then renewed at the lower price! Most of the time I prefer to run errands and pick out my own groceries. However, this service is very useful and has helped us out several times when I didn't have time to pick up groceries myself. I love the option to leave the groceries at the door without answering the door. Since they send regular texts giving status, this is such an easy way to know when they've been delivered and bring them in at our convenience. It's great to have the flexibility to keep changing your delivery order right up until the last minute. I'm so glad we have this QFC nearby and every staff person there is very kind, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they take pride in this store!

The pharmacy gave a wrong refill. The label stated the prescribed medicine but the pills had a different color and prints.Be aware!

I've thrown in the towel officially with this location due to the cashier/baggers when cashing out at the check stand This would be the 3rd time I've come here in the last 3-4 months where my groceries have been damaged by the cashier who scans and lets the items run and bunch up to the young man or woman who with my damn luck always seem to end up bagging my groceries. This past Sunday I left beyond angry. Long story short the young man bagging my items put my eggs at the bottom after he placed a rubber band over the carton to secure them - he placed the eggs at the bottom and proceeded to stack the first orange juice bottle, packs of rice and shampoo bottles ALL ON TOP OF THE EGGS.Second, he shoved everything else in bags making them very heavy and lastly placed the strawberries and berries and tomatoes at the bottom and then put the remainder of my bottle items on top.I seriously can't with the individuals who they have bagging. I told the young man to NOT over bag and he didn't listen he got frustrated at me... lol at ME!!!! Because I asked him to not damage my items. He listed so well that he placed all the heavy bags on top of other heavy bags in the cart. I'm just over it with this fucking location. While I shopped I watch a young lady with a young boy In a stroller who were with a Gypsy who was outside begging for money - steal a stuffed anymore from the floral department - she casually walked in took the stuffed animal and handed it to the young boy. She walked around produce for awhile then walked out without paying. Disgusting and so easy for these ppl to just walk in be steal as they beg for shit outside the store. I'll drive further out at this point now. Either bag at self check out or prepare for your items to be destroyed. Shame on me for even going back to this location after the last two times.

We’re disappointed that this is the closest pharmacy to us. Always slow, staff are not very helpful, and they keep telling me I live at an address that I don’t live it (no other pharmacy has this issue). I hope QFC would correct this as it makes me not want to do business with the broader company.

What a stunningly horrible experience. They don't take insurance typically used by Evergreen. And they don't tell you until after they fill the prescription. Then are rude about it. 3 times failure, couldn't be a worse experience.

Stopped in for some quick hot lunch. Unfortunately I encountered the most unhelpful, non caring attitudes from the Deli employees here. There was barely any hot deli food out and ready at 1130am for a weekday lunch bite. No soup, only fried chicken. That's it. And when I asked if they were going to heat up some soup, the employees made up a bunch of excuses and pretty much told me "no!" In fact, one of the deli employees was swearing up a storm about some unrelated personal matter. It was just complete ridiculous chaos with no regard to the customers. None! The manager at this store should really train their deli staff more or find new employees. I will visit another grocery store for lunch, and all my other grocery needs from now on.

The lack of professionalism and competence of the pharmacy is shocking. After a Friday AM doc appointment I stopped Friday afternoon (trip #1) to get the meds my doctor sent in at 9am, The pharmacist said come back Mon afternoon. Monday at 1:45 (trip #2) they said it is not ready, come back after 3. I get a text at 2:20 saying my prescription is ready. I arrive at 3:15 (trip #3) and they can't find my prescription. Even after searching for 30 minutes they can't find the prescription they filled less than an hour before. They can't tell me if it was stolen or what, but they also didn't have more in stock to replace what they lost. This staff is handling controlled substances, not grapefruits, and I would expect some level of accounting for inventory, but not here. I'm not wasting a 4th trip, so I had them transfer all my business to Costco. Alas, the location is convenient but not when you can't get needed medications.

Don't go there on Sunday mornings. The tech has trouble processing my prescription and tries to charge me more than what I usually pay. Then I get told to come back later and that I'm holding up the line like it's my fault. I pick up the same medication every month, and confirmed multiple times that it is not an issue with my insurance or copay company. So I went on a different day, and the tech was able to give me the correct price. When asked, they told me whoever was working that day was not doing the process correctly.

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to Redmond Ridge 6 years ago. I have not had any major problems, except occasional rude employees. But this time I called in the morning, today to see if the prescription my doctor called in last Friday had arrived, since I had not received a text notification. The tech who answered the phone told me they had no record of a prescription for me. So I contacted my doctor to say they had not received the prescription and she had to look into it. It turns out the pharmacy just didn't have it in stock, and they got it in another 2 hours. They could have told me that when I called.Instead, I bothered a very busy doctor's office for no reason. I know the pharmacy is also very busy but this is a no-brainer, that any responsible pharmacy would handle by just sending me a text saying it was out of stock, and would be in soon.When I told the tech who helped me this when I picked it up, she blew me off. This is really sad and discouraging.

The new phone automated system SUCKS. It's so hard to get to a live person. Instead of pressing a number like before refills, hours, speak with a pharmacist; you now have to say why you're calling. Many times having to repeat it over and over again for the automated system to understand. When you press Zero, you're transfered to the front end of the store, not the pharmacy and then the process starts over again. Why? Why did you have to mess with a system which already worked great??? So frustrating!!!!???

The pickup service is awful, my spot was 7:30 to 8, I called that iam coming, they didn’t checkout the order and then they told me we closed sorry, I went the next day they also left me about 30min, I called twice tell they get the order out.When I shop at the store, their was a lady that treated me with bored and un respectful face cause I forget to give her all coupons at the same time.

Poor service. They have mixed up our orders multiple times. One medication was not mixed properly. The pharmacy manager does not take responsibility to resolve it. They are not customer focused at all.
