Over the last 8 years they have gone from being very similar to a whole foods or PCC market, to being just another generic chain store like Safeway or Albertsons. Used to have way more organic products and healthier options. They reduced their sustainable produce growing for more alcohol coolers. The consistently stop carrying the regular products i buy so i have to go somewhere else or order online. Annoying.

I watched him try to cut a sandwich with the wrong knife for five minutes. Half of the cash registers are closed, a long line. Terrible management!

Where did all the good cashiers go??? I’m actually so mad. Been shopping at this location for years and I usually don’t have issues with coupons but today I had an item that was eligible for the coupon but didn’t seem to work. The lady at the checkout could not grasp that for some reason. Normally cashiers would honor the coupon despite this error but she just stubbornly refused to. She also kept forgetting to reset my checkout screen leaving me to have to nag her multiple times before I could finish checking out. It was supposed to be the self checkout! I was hoping this would be a relaxing grocery trip but it left me annoyed and with a bad taste in my mouth regarding how lackluster the customer service here has become.

I do the majority of my shopping here and I have never had a problem. Worst case scenario, you have to wait a minute or two to use the self-checkout. Every employee I have interacted with through my years of shopping here has been friendly and more than willing to help with anything. The staff really does make the store that much better.

Awful customer service, very rude and inpatient. Normally, there aren't any cashiers available, and if there is, I haven't found one that's friendly.. Haven't run into anyone friendly at the checkout area.

Hannah the cashier lacks basic customer service skills . Acts as if her being there to check you out is a privilege for you as the customer . Slow and unengaged/ friendly compared to the other checkers. Very poor experience and will be avoiding her aisle like the bubonic plague
