Rick was so helpful from day 1... he helped me find a unit that best suited my needs, helped everything flow smoothly on move in day with the movers, and has willingly listened to and answered any questions I've had. The facility is very clean and secure. I highly recommend it.

The previous U-Haul renter failed to return the truck on time. Rick went out of his way for find me another truck and drove me to another storage/U-Haul facility. It was an above and beyond experience.

Richard the manager was a life saver. Our original plan was to store at Public Storage in Redmond and move in on a Sat. Public Storage did not leave us a lock for the unit, that I was forced to pay for, so we were desperately looking to find another cylinder lock so we can move our stuff in. Because there is no one on site at Public Storage over the weekend, nor any property manager to call, we called around to find where to purchase a lock. Richard at Red Way said he did have them! Knowing our issue at Public Storage, he had offered us a used spare lock for free!! We arrived and as promised, he gave us the lock. However, after looking at the facility it was so much better than Public Storage. The facility is so clean, compared to the dead bugs, mice dropping and cobwebs at Public Storage, Red Way was immaculate. Temperature controlled with AC and Heat, clean restrooms, they have carts for you to use to load and unload instead of hauling everything by hand. Richard made it so easy and quick to rent a space on the spot and beat the price I was paying at Public Storage. If you need temporary or long term storage in the Redmond area, this is the place!

Got stuck in the elevator twice in the same day. Elevator wouldn’t move initially when going up. Finally, the doors opened and we were told the code timed out. Two elevator bays and only one was working. Many people coming and going waiting for the elevator.
Then on the way DOWN (no code required) got stuck again and this time for several minutes. Hit the talk button and got connected with the operator who said she’d call the front desk. Rang the alarm bell several times and no response from anyone.
After several minutes and hitting several buttons the doors opened and took the stairs down. After telling the man at the desk what happened…. he calmly responds, “oh ya I got a call about the elevator being stuck but I had a long line” Unbelievable! No apology, no actual acknowledgment of the situation. He just gave reasons it may have gotten stuck.
You’d think hearing the alarm and getting a CALL from emergency would cause pause to help people who are stuck.
Clean facility but increase in fees constantly. If you don’t want to be stuck in an elevator or have up charges, keep this note in mind.

Clean, close parking The only draw back is the crazy policy of increasing your rent after you’ve been in a couple months. It’s a common practice of storage locations nowadays, I guess. Whatever happened to rent being the same for a year or even renting for a six month period.

We had a bad experience with a nearby storage facility and came here and the service was phenomenal. Rick bell was amazing and very patient as we decided in the right storage unit size. he helped turn a bad day into one of less stress. The facility was clean and efficient. This facility and Rick Bell exceeded our expectations.

Overall the unit was fine, but they did upcharge my monthly costs by $30 after about 4 months which felt scummy.
My main issue is when I went to close out my unit: everyone was friendly during our exchanges, but quickly did Richard prove to be a total jerk and completely useless. If you have a problem with closing your unit, expect him to possibly ignore your phone calls and voicemails then proceed to keep charging you additional costs. Literally said nothing mean to you or acted in any sort of deserving way, yet you act so unprofessionally. I had to take the issue above his head to get it resolved. Make sure you all read the rental agreement, because this guy doesn't and will try to charge you for things he is not legally allowed to.
