For simple stuff you don't need an appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do what they can. Recently, they introduced a quick line for simpler stuff. For Real ID you need an appointment, so don't expect it done as a walk in. Very clean!

Probably the fastest & best DMV! Took me ten minutes from walkin to walkout and got the DL! Wow!!! No appointment! Went on a Saturday!!!!

FYI, If you made an appointment and are getting text SMS messages you will be able to send 'HERE' and not have to wait in the check-in line. You will be sent a counter number and ETA. Just be sure to watch your phone!
