I took my dog there after taking them to AEHR where they did nothing for him. The Redmond-Kirkland Animal Hospital was amazing and diagnosed him with a likely herniated disc in his back and referred me to seek additional care. They also provided meds for him. They were great! The vet did a complete assessment and was wonderful.

Really excellent! The entire staff was so kind, with awesome practical advice and clearly a ton of love for animals. They didn’t make us feel rushed and took plenty of time to answer all our questions and help our pup feel comfortable, sitting on the floor with her as she adjusted. Highly recommend!

Great, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. It's very easy to speak to them about my pet's needs, and they are very understanding.

The reviews for this place were really amazing, so our disappointment came as a bit of shock...we gave 2 stars because at least they scheduled us quickly and the room was very clean. The "good" ended there for us.Our kitty randomly stopped eating and drinking for 48 hours, so we scheduled asap for somewhere close. He's super social, food motivated, and very sweet bean-bag of a cat, so this was an emergency for us. We had a lady come in, insist they were too busy to do the exam in the room with us, so they took the cat away into another room "as standard procedure" and came back not even 10 mins later to say they were unable to check any vitals physically because of "fractious" behavior and that they had to do a "visual exam" only. This is a surprise, because a) he was/is very calm at the vet and in general, even with strangers! And b) even if a cat were to be aggro, what trained vet can't handle a grumpy cat? While I was in the room with the vet, she sat on the floor and proceeded to tell us in different ways for about 10-12 mins how they just couldn't do an exam. We asked if we could help hold him to assist, but she insisted they couldn't because of liability (odd, considering in the 13 years we've had him, that's never been issue anywhere else?) I'm asking about gum color and holding open his mouth and trying to get questions answered about appropriate cardiovascular rate etc and she just...won't help. It was bizarre and frustrating. Went home and followed a veterinarian school cat check up video on a college website and rescheduled for Finn Hill vet. They got him in asap, did an exam right in front of us, helped us determine the issue, and he was right as rain in a day. And guess what...zero aggression.Maybe this lady had a bad day, idk. But we left getting charged $ to be told "we can't actually do an exam" and I left sick to my stomach with worry and frustration. Hopefully they treat others better than us.

Called my normal vet to get my dog who was peeing blood in and was told that they couldn't get me in for over a week.Called here and was told that they would get me in no problem. The entire staff was amazing and got my dog in and diagnosed her right away. Will be going away from my current vet and moving over to the general practice of Redmond-Kirkland Animal Hospital. Customer for life.

I've taken my dog to this clinic for almost 4yrs & I have to say it has gone down hill in professionalism. I recently took my dog in for a wellness check, update on vaxes & a health certificate for travel. Dr. Rachel Israel-Wise obviously didn't read my dogs file because she said I cannot sign off for travel if he is currently having intestinal issues (he was not, he had days before & now was good -I stated that prior), she recommended putting a net/hood over my 9yr old dogs head to curb his scavenging. I stated that I was not going to do that & her demeanor changed towards me & stated that if I want my dog to have chronic intestinal issues & in pain then don't use a net, it was merely a suggestion. What? Did this vet just put my dogs intestinal issue on me because I said no to a net for my dogs head?? I know my dog very well, he is on a strict diet & I know stress can bring on bouts of his intestinal issues as well. During this brief visit she checks his ears & heart -she finds he has a "grade 3" heart murmur (she's not a cardiologist to know what grade) & recommends an echocardiogram, she said she would get me a quote, left the room & never came back. She had an assistant (who was very kind) provide me the info. This is a vet that just told me my dog has a GRADE 3 heart murmur & he cannot travel, also she didn't address any other concerns afterward that I had about my dog during the wellness check. I left the office in disbelief. When she sent me an email regarding my dogs bloodwork & suggestions (again the net). She also stated that she did look at my dogs gait & pain level (absolutely not true) & told me that a wellness exam & health certificate are scheduled differently than an appointment w/concerns. Isn't why they call it a wellness exam? We were doing both according to when I scheduled the appt to prepare for travel, along w/update on vaxes. Dr. Wise felt I was upset because she wouldn't sign off for travel. Sure, I was disappointed but more concerned for my dog. If the airline didn't requiring a health card I wouldn't have known! After the emails & the appt I lost trust in her & requested she not provide further svcs for my dog, she said she would have to talk to the office mgr & she could not dictate what the other vets on their team would charge. The office mgr. Mike called- he was professional & kind. He also reimbursed me for the exam & agreed a different vet on their team will see my dog in the future. My dog had his echocardiogram - Cassie was very nice & I thanked her for staying neutral under the circumstances. I received the invoice w/Dr. Wise as staff member for echocardiogram. I spoke w/Arianna to ask the name of the cardiologist & asked why Dr. Wise is on the invoice, she said because she ordered the echo after seeing my dog. NO SHE DIDN'T. I scheduled it after speaking w/Mike. Maranda scheduled the echo. Arianna proceeded to tell me she knew EVERYTHING (emphasized by her) about my dogs situation & I said oh I bet the whole office does, she said yes! How unprofessional & rude. I let her know I'll be taking my dog elsewhere, her reply was "that's understandable." Great customer service. I do not want my dog being treated by people of this nature. I miss Dr. Estrada, he was awesome, too bad he left the clinic.Update: I received all records from this clinic, per my request. The current doc is inaccurate & Dr. Rachel Wise as the RDVM wrote it. AFTER she was not to see my dog again. (complaint above). The doc also says that I regularly fly to Mexico, which I don't & my dog has never flown anywhere. Also said my dog pants when it's cold outside. ? NO he doesn't. He also has switched food that SHE prescribed, yet stated that he is on his former diet which his dietary indiscretion could be the cause of his bowel issues. This vet should not be treating animals- lacking trust & of attention to the actual fac

I am so grateful for this place. My dog had an injury and the earliest her usual vet could get her in was a week away. I came across Redmond-Kirkland Animal Hospital on a Google search and gave their urgent care dept a call. Not only were they able to fit us in that day for an exam, but they were able to complete a procedure that night as well. They were calming, communicative, and provided thorough instructions. Hopefully we will not have to come back anytime soon, but I know my dog would be well taken care of.

Absolutely amazing! They were extremely responsive and able to see my dog (Odin) very quickly for an ear infection. The clinic was very clean, and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Everyone was super patient with Odin despite him being a bit of a crybaby and vocal. I was in and out SOOO quickly! The wait time was very minimal. A+! I wish all vet clinics were like this!

The doctor took excellent care of our puppy, and the staff was also quite impressive. However, we were worn out by the end of the visit. Initially, when we arrived at the hospital, they informed us of a 3-hour wait and said they would call us back once they were ready to see us, which was promising. However, upon our arrival, we were led to the consultation room, where we spent over an hour waiting. Eventually, we all fell asleep while waiting, which was entirely unnecessary, as they could have called us back when they were truly prepared.

My dog Jack hurt his leg while hiking this morning and they were so kind/helpful and squeezed us in, they made the whole situation so much less stressful for both us and our pup. They were so sweet with him and gave us very detailed/helpful information on how to move forward and made sure his pain was addressed/medicated. I hope we never have another emergency situation happen but if so, this will be our go to place! Thank you all so much!

I can't say enough about this clinic. Dr. Wise is a fantastic vet. Full of information and is very patient with my many questions. She gave my last dog an extra 5 years of life. I can't thank her enough. Now she sees my new pup and she is full of anxiety and she knows just how to give her the right care. Also want to give a shoutout to Mike, the head of the office. He's awesome at what he does and always remembers me no matter how much time has gone by. Thank you for taking great care of my beloved pets!

Definitely a great place for urgent veterinary care.We brought our geriatric cat here twice as she was deteriorating. Dr. Birchmeier and her assistant were caring, attentive and as helpful as they could be given my cats condition. They didn't charge a ton for unnecessary tests and gave helpful suggestions for following up with our regular vet.

My dog is on hospice and they refused to fill her pain medicine unless I brought her in. The receptionist refused to fill the pain meds until they had an appointment to see her. I told the receptionist that I would be more than happy to bring my dog in after I got paid. They still refused to fill her pain medicine until an appointment was made...they are booked for weeks. DO NOT GO HERE. All they care about is making money...not actual care for a dog on hospice. I am livid about the care that they do...I am now stuck with a dog with no care and have to go somewhere else because of the receptionist - by the way her name is Cassie. You lose Redmond Kirkland Hospital. And I've been going there for years....What ever happened to patient care and morality with a dying dog...I've always paid them well for their services.I am literally disgusted by the treatment.
