I’ve visited this salon a few times. The nail technicians are kind and do a good job, but the manager lady makes the experience uncomfortable. She tends to interrupt and touch customers unnecessarily, which has happened more than once. It feels intrusive and unprofessional. Prices are also on the higher side for the area. I appreciate the work of the staff, but the overall atmosphere needs improvement.

10/10. My friend is a long time customer and recommended the salon to me. They were able to do a full set. I love the color and shape. All the staff were very nice. Prices affordable for the Eastside. I will be back.

This place sucks. I hate to be harsh, but both the gel manicures I’ve had here lasted a week at most before lifting. That is genuinely not how a gel manicure totaling $55 is supposed to perform.
The manicures I’ve had done in other salons would last until I decided to remove them, I rarely encounter peeling of this degree. On top of that, I asked for a French Tip and was met with complaining by the lady doing my nails. She said my nails were too short and she would have a hard time painting on the actual tips. I was shocked because I have NEVER heard this complaint from a nail tech before- it was clear she was trying to push me to get gel extensions or acrylic. She also tried painting the tips directly onto a clear/translucent base coat- what the?? If I wanted a white line on my natural nail, I’d go paint it on myself. I had to specifically ask her to also paint my nails with a pink gel base BEFORE adding on the tips. She was essentially trying to charge for a gel manicure while only using up gel for the tips- insanity and scammer behavior.
Additionally, the women who have done my nails here always end up cutting my cuticle and causing bleeding. Again, not a common experience elsewhere. Overall I find the women who work here to be rude, always in a rush, and trying to skirt around doing their jobs properly. I still left a tip but I felt icky afterwards, like I hadn’t stood up for myself. I will not be doing business with them again and they should really revaluate their shoddy business practices.

Prices here are highway robbery. $50 for a gel manicure should not be normal. I do my own nails and the nails look like how I did mine when I was starting out. I’m wondering if this store is even licensed…

Always easy to book. They work efficiently and complete my fills pretty quickly. I notice that their pedicure seats are normally booked full.
