I always imagined I would have to be purchasing a new vacuum before going in a specialty shop. However, a friend took their vacuum here for repair and cleaning, and it was such a great experience, I brought my own in for cleaning and upkeep. Service was exceptionally friendly, professional, and kind. 100% will revisit for any vacuum related needs in the future.

Do you know what a person simply can't go without? A vacuum. I took my 10+ years old fading fast Dyson in to be serviced/revived and with no disrespect of previous choices, walked out with a new vacuum that has made each day a little better. The owners were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend supporting this business. I'm truly grateful to live and be able to shop in a place where the business owner will carry the new purchase out to my car with a smile.

I have a 20+ year old Dyson DC14 still going strong thanks to Redmond Vacuum. Though the clutch assembly is no longer manufactured, they were able to replace the brush to extend the vacuum's life a few more years. I've been to Redmond Vacuum twice, once today under the new management. Same great service and a true local business that is a boon to the community.
