It’s just your neighborhood movie theater. Not the best, not the worst, nothing with any special vibes. But if you want to combine your weekly grocery shopping at QFC with catching a new premiere movie, this place can definitely deliver that experience.

Very big cinema! Clean and all ok ! Seats in room 11 not reclining and a bit small but not a big problem. Parking lot is close to the cinema! 👍🏻I chose this cinema because they show MET Opera . Thanks , will come back!

Went here for their dollar movies and was sadly disappointed. There was an additional 4 dollars booking fee, so it wasn’t actually a dollar. Upon arrival at movie start time we sat for 40 minutes watching commercials with our toddlers, the movie hadn’t even started when we left. Along with this the volume was extremely loud!

Had a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. We celebrated birthday of our kid, got all tickets in one row. Unlimited popcorn was awesome.

My family and I will never visit this location again. Naomi was helping Claire with our order at the counter for snacks and not only was it completely disorganized, we paid $80 and they forgot our extra cheese cups. Naomi insisted for my mom to dig out her receipt for her to verify we paid for them. Then as I’m in my seat, I noticed our souvenir cup had a cracked lid. When I went back to get a new one, another guy was taking care of it and she said “SHE DOESNT GET A NEW LEMONADE OR CUP, YOU CAN GIVE HER A NEW LID”. My mom felt so sad about how much we paid for these tickets and snacks just for the experience to turn so sour thanks to the unprofessional employees running the concession stand. On top of all of that, the seats were so uncomfortable and cramped, and we felt like the volume was way louder than usual. I’ve never felt like a theater was too loud until this specific location. There was a taller guy with short curly hair who was taking our tickets, he offered to get us a drink carrier at the very least so thank you to him. Take the extra drive and go to iPIC Bellevue instead.

Regal Cinemas Bella Bottega I enjoyed the theater. I think I've seen half a dozen movies; already before the week has even ended.

Customer service doesn’t exist here !
Went tonight and I’m so disappointed.
The manager was sitting down and I asked where to buy tickets he points to the kiosk and says you do it yourself in a very rude tone next we walked to the concessions stand and asked how much the combo are another man behind the counter and rudely says all over 30 dollars each mind you he wasn’t helping anyone at that time

Good local theater, lots of options. Don’t usually go to this location but my whole family was super thrown off by how extremely loud the movie/theater was. I’m used to theaters being LOUD, of course, but it was very unnecessarily loud. Kinda of ruined the experience.. Worried about the kids that go to this theater and potential hearing damage. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to watch a movie while their eardrums are practically getting blown out. Seats were pretty uncomfortable and cramped as well; not reclining which was disappointing
