Went in to buy the b.tan tanner, and saw around 30 bottles marked down to $3.24. I grabbed 3 bottles, and went up to checkout. Once I tried to checkout, the lady refused to honor the price it was given at and said that since in the future it will be a CVS, they won’t accept the discounted price. I tried everything to try to get her an honor the prices marked on EVERY single bottle in the store, and she and this other worker demanded on making me pay 14 dollars. I was very polite, yet the 2 workers working shut me down immediately, and talked to me like I was incompetent. I am an avid rite aid shopper and am flabbergasted by the customer service I was given today. At any other store they would have honored the price marked, is this not illegal? I guess this rite-aid has no appreciation for their customers, because I definitely will not be coming back after this.

Went in to try to buy some candy, literally empty shelves and no inventory at all. Do not waste your time. They should just close this store as there is nothing to buy.

The pharmacy here is top-notch and usually very little wait.

Rudest cashier. My polite sweetheart of a husband went in to get safety pins for my dress and asked if they had a restroom he could use and the rudest cashier named LAILAYN told him “No, what do we look like?” I’m sorry but if you’re gonna work in retail have a better attitude or find another job. We will never shop there again.

Pharmacy had trouble with my info, said I must not have insurance? So went to a diff pharmacy with same info, had no issues there. This place treats you like you're wasting their time when they're wasting yours by being so rushed and dismissive.
Also don't bother making an appointment, it does nothing.

Pharmacy staff members are great. Also, they have very friendly people in the store as well.

They called said scrips we’re ready the texted saying ready
Just got out of hospital went to pick them up. They said they could not get them to me in time because they were going to lunch in 10 minutes. Do not advise using Rite Aid if you have an emergency and need your medication after a hospital visit or for any other reason, they told me to come back in two hours

I have not been able to get iron vitamins for my son for a week. At first they said they ordered them and I could pick them up, but today they simply told me to buy from them the ones that are not covered by my insurance or go to another store. I have never seen a worse pharmacy

Not sure why you take vaccination appointments, only to tell people after they have arrived and filled out the online paperwork that the reservation system isn't connected to the store pharmacy and that you've run out of all the vaccinations. Also that you'll have to come back next week.

This is the most poorly stocked Rite-Aid I have ever seen. The cosmetics area looks like it hasn't been stocked in months and some of the aisles are very empty or have very little selection

I have never been to a more rude and unhelpful pharmacy in my life. I will be giving my business to Walgreens from now on.

Kept calling for an hour to check on the prescription status for my daughter. It’s like no one works there any more. I finally had to give up.

The store hasn't replaced its lighting in decades. Everything has a disgusting dingy yellow lighting. This location is constantly understaffed. The pharmacy is always on break when I arrive. Last fall a homeless person was wandering around the parking lot yelling at customers. Go somewhere else.
