The store hasn't replaced its lighting in decades. Everything has a disgusting dingy yellow lighting. This location is constantly understaffed. The pharmacy is always on break when I arrive. Last fall a homeless person was wandering around the parking lot yelling at customers. Go somewhere else.

Does the pharmacy just not pick up the phone anymore? Lately I've tried calling and it seems no one ever picks up the phone & it doesn't go to voicemail. It used to be better here, I think. But lately it seems like you have to call or visit to get a refill (they don't put things on auto-refill), but I'm not sure how to get a refill if they don't pick up the phone, aside from physically visiting the store. The pharmacy staff are nice, though.

Please save this location from closing due to bankruptcy filing as posted. My experience every time is quick service and great attitude by the pharmacy staff

Best service at the pharmacy department of RiteAid, Redmond. I went to get my son's immunization and the pharmacist was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. Pharmacy manager (I think, his name is Mr Salameh) is the best in the vicinity. Will be moving over to Rite Aid for any future prescription needs. If I could I would give an extra star to Rite Aid beyond five, as they carry all necessary and important vaccines.

This pharmacy should be closed for good. Shame on Rite Aid for operating this scam.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 14 years and have had nothing but great service. The pharmacist knows me by name and always takes great care of me.

Ominously similar to how the Last Remaining KMart has appeared lately.

I had an unpleasant encounter with the pharmacist at the pharmacy. I received a call informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up, but when I arrived and waited at the counter, the pharmacist did not come to assist me. Eventually, she arrived and informed me that my prescription was not yet ready, and that I should return later. When I explained that I had received an automated call indicating that my prescription was ready for pick-up, she did not apologize for the error and responded rudely, instructing me to come back later.

The pharmacy is doing great job, but not nearly promptly. When a doctor sends a prescription, they don't fill it until the recipient comes to the store - this is a failure, not filling the sent prescription defies the whole purpose of why doctors are sending prescriptions directly to the pharmacy. I went to get my meds 2 days after the prescription was sent to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy said they never fill a prescription the day it arrives because they are too busy, which was a very lame excuse, since it has been 2 days since the prescription arrived. They offered me to wait for 1 hour to get my meds filled. So, I had to return home and will have to go back for my meds again tomorrow, because the pharmacy disregards prescriptions sent directly to them by doctors. Any pharmacy is expected to fill prescriptions in the same order as walk-ins, one should not wait inside the pharmacy to get a prescription filled - one should just pick up 20 min after the prescription was sent by the doctor.

I waited for half an hour from my appointment time to get my vaccine (which took them maybe 20 seconds to give me). Absolutely horrible!
