They stole from me and took over a month to get my items retrieved. I had to contact the police multiple times to help assist with getting my items back. Miss Katie is suicidal. HR refuses to talk with me. Tammy Johnson is not professional. The environment is unwelcoming, eerie and concerning. I took my kid out of here within 3 months of attending and while we attended I watch many upset parents leave as well.

I have had a wonderful experience with Kindercare and Rosehill Daycare. The teachers are professional, welcoming, and attentive, consistently going the extra mile in every aspect of childcare. Whenever we enter the facility, all the staff greet us warmly and help us transition smoothly. They pay special attention to details such as food preparation, organizing supplies, and promptly informing families.
In my experience and observations, the children are provided with age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities. The management excels at keeping the facility clean and organized. Every teacher and staff member knows each child’s name and consistently gives them caring attention. They always organize fantastic programs, such as book reading days and summer activities, that enrich the children's experiences. Overall, we are delighted with our experience and look forward to more.

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst childcare you could go to in the Redmond area. We had multiple issues that would be addressed but had no solution at all. They tried to keep my 3 year old in a class with kids who couldn’t even talk. Most of the teachers only work there because their kids can go too, The lunch lady with white hair is extremely rude and I’m 99.9% sure she was abusing my child. My daughter would tell me ow when going to wipe her. She would be extremely red and raw on her private area. I finally had enough and reported the school and the director was extremely scared and moved my child into the preschool class after o told her that I reported them. There’s new teachers and directors every month. There was an incident report everyday day/every week. I wouldn’t trust my child here even if it was the last center in a 50 mile radius.

I had an excellent experience with this daycare! The facility is always neat, clean, and well-maintained, creating a safe and welcoming environment for the kids. It’s clear that they prioritize both cleanliness and comfort, which gave me peace of mind from the start.
The staff is incredibly attentive, and they genuinely care about the children. My kid was well taken care of, and I could see the attention to detail in how they engage with the little ones. The teachers are also very welcoming and friendly, always greeting with a smile. Cheryl is absolutely amazing to work with. She’s warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a caring and reliable place for their child!

This center has been wonderful. The center director, Cheryl, is exactly what I would hope for (kind, organized, runs a tight ship!), and all the teachers know all the children so the vibe for little ones is 'you are welcome here!'. We've been pleased to encounter teachers who are engaged and loving. Daily/monthly themed activities, daily routines, food, materials & equipment have all been very good, with great enrichment activities (i.e. regular visits from the library bus). The whole center is kept very clean. Outdoor areas are very well suited (in size, structures, available toys) to the age groups who use them. I get a sense of community and welcome from this school and i'm grateful to be part of it!

It will be hard to find a Kindercare as good as Rose Hill. Mrs. Cheryl runs a tight ship in the best way possible. Teachers are accountable, kind, and flexible. Cheryl believes every child has unique strengths and partners with you, the teachers, and your child(ren) to identify what those strengths are and grow them as much as possible. The growth my children have seen through Kindercare's curriculum, outdoor play, and friendships is easily recognizable. You will love their app, it provides pictures, when they ate, when diapers were changed, and you can communicate with the teachers through messaging.Arezoo and Irina have been there for a while and help oversee the flow of the daycare on the day to day. You will find these two actually know your children and care for them, deeply. We have friendships that will go beyond Kindercare because of the quality of kids and parents that are attracted to this particular center. If I had to give a negative, it's the same with any daycare... sickness is inevitable. However, they have a strict policy of not allowing children to come in to daycare with certain symptoms. You can also ask how they clean every day. At pickup, I witness teachers cleaning every night.

My wife and me are very appreciated of these teachers and specially the management. My kids were going to another kindercare for one year and learned nothing good there. They were screaming all the time after the first one month they went to that place. We were disappointed of kindercare and were looking for other daycare to put our children there . But when I saw this place I felt we can trust them. Now it's about a week my children going to this place and we are seeing the difference. They are going to be calm and learning too . Very thanks to you and warm hug to all of you hard workers

We thoroughly enjoy sending our 19-month-old toddler to Rosehill Kindercare. The teachers here are exceptional, maintaining clean classrooms and ensuring the children are tidy. It's always worthy that our child has never returned home with a face not washed with food, as the staff consistently changes their clothes if they get dirty. The Center Director, Sheryl, excels in managing all aspects and ensuring smooth operations. Each day, our child greets us with a smiling and happy face, this proves that we made an excellent decision in choosing this center. Teacher transitions are seamlessly executed, and the children are not only well-fed but also receive excellent care and safety throughout their time here.

Do not send your kids to this place, most teachers do not care and your kids wont be safe here. Our 12 months old daughter was there only for a few hours that the waddlerteacher was pushing her down on the floor to sleep and hitting her head to force her into sleep as if it is MMA fights. Her ear was red and she was crying loudly. Also her leg was scratched and pinched. She is always happy and rarely cries. We have already initiated a report to investigate since child abuse is not acceptable in any circumstances. If you care about your child safety you d better find a place with caring teachers.

Our daughter has been with this school for 4 months and our experience has been excellent. She enjoys going to school, playing with her friends, and has learned a lot from her teachers.

I am unhappy with the director of this branch of Kindercare. She is very disorganized and do not keep track of the conversation or talk track of what is being spoken. She said she would hold a spot for my child, and suddenly someone else made payment faster, and the spot is gone. Such type of behavior or commitment is not trustworthy, although it is always beneficial monetarily for the insitution.I have been with Kindercare as a parent with many years, and such kind of experience makes it worse for other centers who are committed or want to make it a better experience for the kids and parents. I hope other centers wont disappoint me.She wants to talk and greet parents in the morning, but sometimes her words are borderline racist, asking things that are inappropriate too. I would let go, in a normal situation, but when we add up it becomes a bad experience for a parent.

Teachers are well supported by Rose hill KinderCare administration and especially, the director Ms. Cheryl greets people with a warm welcome each morning. She brings so much positive energy which carries around through out the day. Administration at this center pays attention to staff concerns and act swiftly. All staff at this center do their best in collaborating to nurture our students and support their parents. I had a great time working at this place and will cherish all the memories.
