I am unhappy with the director of this branch of Kindercare. She is very disorganized and do not keep track of the conversation or talk track of what is being spoken. She said she would hold a spot for my child, and suddenly someone else made payment faster, and the spot is gone. Such type of behavior or commitment is not trustworthy, although it is always beneficial monetarily for the insitution.I have been with Kindercare as a parent with many years, and such kind of experience makes it worse for other centers who are committed or want to make it a better experience for the kids and parents. I hope other centers wont disappoint me.She wants to talk and greet parents in the morning, but sometimes her words are borderline racist, asking things that are inappropriate too. I would let go, in a normal situation, but when we add up it becomes a bad experience for a parent.

Teachers are well supported by Rose hill KinderCare administration and especially, the director Ms. Cheryl greets people with a warm welcome each morning. She brings so much positive energy which carries around through out the day. Administration at this center pays attention to staff concerns and act swiftly. All staff at this center do their best in collaborating to nurture our students and support their parents. I had a great time working at this place and will cherish all the memories.

We absolutely loved sending our child to Kindercare Rosehill! The center director Mrs. Cheryl is truly the best - making sure there’s hygiene, things are organized, she answers all our questions and our little ones are loved. The staff is very welcoming, loving and well-versed. We are truly going to miss you all! Good thoughts to you all :)

This is a wonderful place. Mrs. Cheryl, the center director, and the teachers are truly dedicated and enjoy what they do, and it shows. Our daughter had an amazing time as well. We will really miss this place.

If you actually enjoy negligence, incompetence then say no more this is the place for you. Do the walk through and it's all smoke and mirrors. Nothing here is what it seems. There have been some good, hardworking teachers here but unfortunately the good ones are quick to jump ship. Who can blame them really? It's obvious there is a serious issue with management (cough...cough... her name starts with a C ). The teachers who actually "cared" are pushed away by the internal fiasco and now it's as if they're digging the bottom of the barrel for decent replacements. If you can stand up and have two eyes then you're basically hired. Look, It's a business and they are here to make money I get it. However that's it... they're not here to do anything else. When you sacrifice quality for quantity you'll start seeing some MAJOR LIABILITIES. It's remarkable, the lack of cares given. Workers are often kept out of the loop about potential health threatening classroom outbreaks. So don't be surprised if you're kid is turned away even while you're physically on site trying to drop off your kids. The hours are getting inconsistent due to "staffing issues", which wouldn't be such a problem if only you had good old fashioned leadership. Respect to those teachers who have tried to make this a better place for the children. Unfortunately I fear their efforts were all in vain as they've all literally left the building faster than Elvis. Ask yourself why so many people have been hired/rehired in say a months time? That's a pretty big red flag that upper management here is lacking. Life is full of regrets. But don't let this place be another one. Heed the warning and send your precious kids to a competent institution. A place which actually teaches instead of neglects. Your kids are worth the investment. ***It's not the workers, it's the management. Perhaps one day that issue will be taken care of. But today is not that day as the problem still lingers like a shadow. The complaints have not been heard and new management has yet to come.I would apologize to my kid for allowing them to endure a single day in this grand fabrication disguised as a learning facility. But thankfully they just aren't at the age to understand.

My daughter has been at the location for two years. The staff seem to either not know what they are doing or ar just flat out negligent to how they handle our little ones. After my kid has mysteriously cut her chin on something never got intel or even informed by the faculty. Found out when I got home and noticed blood on her clothing, or how they constantly diagnosed my kid with an infection without any proper medical professional, just a "her mucus is yellow and it looks contagious she will need to stay home until her cough and mucus clear up." Has happened 3 times now I have missed two weeks of work to stay home.

My child has been at RoseHill KinderCare for the past year, starting off in the Infant classroom. Our experience has been remarkably positive, and my child is really thriving here. The director and teachers work hard to provide a safe, healthy, and enriching environment for the kids. I receive detailed reports each day, which help me to feel like I know and understand the daily routines well. When my child has gotten bumps and bruises, they document the incident and response well. We look forward to continuing to send our child here, we are very happy!

Mrs. Cheryl is an excellent director and the staff at Rosehill Kindercare are very caring, nurturing and attentive to each child. This was my toddlers first time in daycare and I was very happy with the curriculum/play based learning. My kids loved going to daycare everyday! This location is very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we moved, but when back in the area I will not hesitate sending my kids back to this location. Thank you so much Mrs. Cheryl and the staff at Rosehill for giving my children an incredible introduction to learning and always making them feel welcomed and eager to learn!

We have sent our kid for more than a year and have just unenrolled as we are shifting to a different location. This is a nice and safe day care to send your kids to. I especially like the center director (Cheryl) and her staff (Stephanie, Ayesha etc). They are very kind, professional and are always willing to listen and address any concerns you may have.

This review (5 stars) is based on my son going to pre-k here for about a year or so. The teachers are great and the director (Cheryl) was also wonderful! My son loved it here and has great memories in this school! The evaluations were helpful to hear how he had been doing in the extra curricular activities we signed him up for. The teachers are very caring and nurturing, especially when we first started going and my son had a hard time saying goodbye. They really made him feel safe and comfortable. The teachers for the most part were also very communicative through the parent app and would post what they did for the day in full details and even pictures and videos. The only thing I would change is I wish the quality of the lunch and snacks were better. My son also went there for about a month to two months during Covid (Jan and Feb 2021) since they held remote Kinder classes. I would give 3 stars on communication and 4.5-5 stars on safety and cleanliness. The low rating on communication for 3 stars was that it was just nonexistent. I had no idea if my son was doing his work, attending meetings, some days he would come home and no worksheets were done. I would put together the binder and schedule and nothing would be done. It was pretty frustrating being in the dark about what they actually did during the day. Then again, I know everyone was doing what they could at the time and trying to manage all kids and different schedules AND constantly clean and keep everyone safe from contracting covid. So 3 stars it is. Besides that, we love RoseHill KinderCare and they will always have a special place in our hearts!
