Does every Ross has five per person at a time rule- that means you can fill your cart with clothes and come out and keep taking 5 at a time while your hogging the fitting room for 45 min? I asked the employees there and this is what they said. There are only 2 fitting rooms open.

While I didn't find the exact thing I had been looking for, I did find lots of things I would have loved to buy! Plenty of summer items this visit (June 2024) like beach towels and really cute and/or useful handbags and beach totes, plus super duper cheap flower nippers and branch trimmers for seasonal chores. Then the pet toys, oh my! You could sure spoil your Luna, Max, or Walter here! Loved all the possibilities for home decor like artwork, baskets, and hand towels. I was greeted upon arrival, treated kindly at checkout, and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Very nice.

I came in 20 minutes before closing because I needed a vase for my flowers. It was a quick in and out purchase that I needed. The employee instead of greeting when I came in he just yelled “WE CLOSE IN 20min!” Like dude, I’m not coming in at 9:40 to browse. I told the manager about the situation without pointing out who was the employee that said it and instantly I saw him laughing while telling the manager about it. Just RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL attitude. It’s not my fault you have to work lame * retail shifts on a Saturday night.

If you aren't dressed nice with makeup they assume you're homeless and or a shop lifter. Had an employee take my basket so fast saying I could buy the stuff when I was ready and then had security stalk me and wasn't being inconspicuous at all. Super rude.Also tried to do a return lady tried to say the body scrubber which I was returning was used because the bristles were falling out which is why I was returning it and then they wouldn't return and item that when bought the cashier had to choose the price so it wasn't the exact right item on the receipt. Meaning the tag was missing from the item I was buying so they cashier looked up an item close to the price the item was to ring it up so when returning it they questioned it and wouldn't return it. It's not my fault the gal who checked me out didn't pick the exact right item to ring this item up and was treated as if I was scamming them for the return when it was a debit card receipt and the card was in my name and on my person as well. Awful service. With judgemental staff. As someone that's worked retail I can't believe the way I've been treated in this location. I highly suggest staying away from this location unless you're dressed nicely and wearing makeup and don't wear a back pack if you're a dude.Awful awful awful
