This grocery store is one of the ones close to me and I would honestly say the walmart is better than this safeway. I feel like I have bought food that is either expired or close to expiring so many times at this location. I have ended up with things from the produce, dairy, and deli sections that were expired on more than one occasion. The staff here is fairly nice I've never really had an issues with them except for sometimes the lady at self checkout gets a little to close to me for my liking, but that's a personal thing. Shelves are usually well stocked, and it's not too busy/loud just make sure you're double-checking your expiration dates before purchasing anything.

I work close to this particular Safeway location and often will dip in during the early mornings to pick up a drink and/or donut for the day. On a few occasions, the female cashier tasked with managing the self checkout has been a challenge to deal with. One particular incident I was in self checkout ringing up my items when the screen prompted a message to wait for the attendant. I patiently waited and when the young lady came over to clear out the message, I asked what caused the system to stop. Unexpectedly, she responded by yelling at me that I must've done something to cause it to stop. Confused, I agreed but was just curious to learn what I did so that moving forward I can avoid this particular situation. She continued to yell at me, "HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT YOU DID?!?" It was apparent that this store associate either misunderstood me or was simply having a bad day so I stopped my inquiry and proceeded to finish my transaction. I would've dismissed her behavior but she then proceeded to complain about me to another associate that had happened to walk by. Still confused at what just happened I gathered my items and walked away with her and the associate staring at me in disgust. I left the store, got into my car and remained puzzled at what just happened. I've been to the store a few times after, same time, same day...and that same female cashier has given me similar negative looks and often is grumbling under her breath while staring at me. I'm convinced she's confusing me with someone else or she simply misunderstood me during that first interaction. The last time I visited that store I realized she has a twin sister that also works during the same shift which could probably further explain some of this confusion. Regardless of any misunderstanding from either my part or hers, her behavior is absolutely unacceptable and is primarily the reason for me NOT to shop at this particular Safeway location.

My delivery order did not contain anything I ordered. Customer dervice did not refund the full price of order no reason given. No way to get rid of the horrible disgusting food they delivered.ome junk foodie is missing their goodies and I am missing my order. This third time this has happened. Guess I need to check out Amazon Fresh.

This location is always kept very clean and well stocked. Staff are always friendly and happy to help with anything you may need. There is a very decent selection of items to choose from. The produce is very fresh and decently priced. The only drawback is that they seem to be understaffed as there is always a lack of cashiers, which can cause the checkout lines to take a while depending on the time of day you go

They have Safeway App discounts listed on their physical price tags aren't actually on the app and the checkout lady makes no effort to validate it. Just says 'Safeway for U' and nothing else.

Close to our MagiKid Robotics Lab, good option for parents to shopping when waiting kids from our classes. The food bar is also good, as well as the Starbucks store in the Safeway.

Ghosted and never received my delivery order I paid for. Next day chatting with agents yields no results. They say give me a moment then chat closes due to inactivity. So no order delivery and not giving me my money back

I would like to feedback from my wife Kasey Lim about your staff by name of Fatemeh with this Safeway store. With the help of cake stall lady for needed toilet rolls and towels, I get to use the public toilet. Suddenly someone bang the door violently and persistently. I am disabled and shouted back to stop banging as I am not done yet. 2 women yelled loudly and gave a more intensive bangs. I was panic and half way through i soiled my pants. Still I struggled to open the door and saw 2 black hair women, one with a staff tag “Fatemeh”. Your staff pointed to a pregnant woman and said “She is pregnant, need to use the toilet.” The pregnant woman is carrying a toilet roll in her arm. Obviously she knew that there is no toilet roll inside and she came all prepared. I told your staff that she had frightened me and as such i soiled my pant. Your staff said “go away, go away, come back one minute later.” I said “ I am disabled, can’t I use the toilet and now i soiled my pant, will you help me to clean up?” Your staff kept saying “go away, go away, come back one minute later, pregnant woman need the toilet!” I answered “ I am DISABLED! And i soiled my pant because of you!” The pregnant went ahead to use the toilet and your staff switched channel to alien language. I said “ this is US, you need English to get your job!” After the pregnant woman finished her business, she vanished into the stalls, not a word of “thank you “ or “sorry”. I would like to suggest, please allow your staff or their family members to use the staff toilets. Being so violent in nature, your staff gave a very unhappy and horrible experience to me.

i’m quite dissapointed about the fresh food (fruits and vegetables) because of how this is now the second time that this has happend, when I had bought a Watermelon they wernt fresh, on july 4th I had bought a half watermelon, before I gave a peace to my baby, I had tried a peace and it wasn’t good and it was old.. It was a good thing that I hadn’t gave a peace to my baby otherwhise they’ve couldve gotten sick. And yesterday I had bought a FULL watermelon (I used my food stamps) and when I cut opend the warermelon it was white (which means it’s not good to eat.) I lost my 10$.. Losing 10$ is alot for me, because I still have to feed my family.

No concept of customer service!When you first interact with the cashiers, you think someone should give feedback to management to improve their service. Then you meet the supervisor and you realize where the rest get it from.
