Sasquatch Strength is a membership focused on long-term wellness through fun, strength-based group workouts. The coaches are great, awesome, and excellent, placing a particular focus on proper form, mobility, technique, and moving efficiently. They actually care, are great about modifications for all fitness levels, and help coach members through their entire day. The workouts are challenging, well-designed, and respectful for all levels, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced people looking to improve. The gym itself is a very clean, well-maintained, and safe facility with great equipment, two bathrooms with showers, and classes that are not crowded. The staff is friendly, creating a welcoming and unintimidating atmosphere where the people are super friendly. It is a fun environment where everyone can gain confidence, get back in shape, and be their healthiest and fittest. Members highly recommend it for anyone serious about their fitness goals.

Best results of any gym I have tried! The program is not as grueling as some but delivers results. Paced so you can go every day and not feel wiped out. Friendly, great expertise, and clean! Suitable for all levels of fitness, with both hard core members and members who are looking to improve their health.
