Technician were on time and helpful. Really appreciated their careful, thorough approach. 4.5 stars for Charles and Ritesh!However, the Sears Home Services phone and website leaves a lot to be desired: There was a lot of info provided, but it was not accurately updated.The biggest problem was their phone support team was not connected to the local team: So when there was a delay in getting parts, no one could help me understand the delay. Also, no one from Sears ever called me... even after multiple escalation/complaint requests.Will I uses Sears for future appliance repair? I really want to, but their phone support (and lack of personal touch) gives me pause!!!

James was awesome! Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the fridge. He even fixed the screen door from slamming with all the back and forth from the kitchen to his work vehicle. Pleasure to work with and very friendly. Greatly appreciated him!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Don called ahead and arrived on time, in fact earlier than we thought which worked better for us. He was personable and performed a preventive maintenance check on both our washer and drier.

Worst experience. Customer representative didn’t even spend 5 minutes in diagnosing the washer issue. Incorrect diagnosis. Demanded full money. Had to call a different person and fix the issue. Please stop ripping off money for incorrect diagnostics.

I have Sears Home Warranty and had my freezer go out. they sent out a technician to fix it or replace it. He was here about 45 minutes and said it was fixed. It failed before he left the drive. I contacted the coverage hotline and never heard back. I waited an hour and called a second time. Still no response. I would highly recommend NOT using this service. Even though it is Sears the warranty is supported by HomeSure of America, Inc. They are located in Poca Raton Florida. Again I would go without a warranty instead of using this service.

I got a home warranty with Sears for $50 a month. When I needed my refrigerator repaired they said two weeks before we could help, for a refrigerator. Unacceptable.
