Good location. However, dated hotel with noisy rooms. Insulation is poor between rooms. Charges $34 + tax for parking per day. Worse was they wanted to charge me for water even though there was no sign that you had to pay for the water bottle. Very cheap and poor approach to treat guests.

I've always liked the location of the hotel but that isn't worth the room experience.Paying for wifi and water is well below standard service considered for this hotel brand. Some of the TV channels didn't work. The rooms are dark with unbalanced lighting throughout the room making it difficult to get anything done at the desk. The amenities in the shower were all out and needed to be refilled. The floors are filthy and need more attention.

Horrible customer service regarding this issue with my Bonvoy Points. I stayed at hotel for over 100 days and didn't receive my Bonvoy points. I was never informed by saff at any poin that I couldI not received points for this stay, because i it was an insurance claim. The staff uncoraged me to track my points after check-out. At my check out the staff expressed how I could use my points and would receive them in a 5-7 business day.s for my recent travels to West Africa Ghana, reason for my inquiry about my points and wondering where they were.I was missed informed by the staff at the Redmond location and customer service of Bonvoy who have given me the run around about these points.Horrible customer service, not clearly informed about the points system and now I get no points for my stay. This is all happening while I am out of the country.. i am in Ghana West Africa, at thr Marriott in this monent i am checking out. Ruined my vacation This is HorribleI also understand this is alot of points, and you just don't want to give them to me. Period . Just HorribleAgnes

With ~80 nights all over the world in Marriott(s), you get a sense of what to expect. We stay in Marriott because they make you feel welcomed and would do almost anything for returning Elite members. This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. Courtyard Marriott NYC is more courteous and Marriott like. Staff is either untrained or racial - straight up condescending.“My eggs are…” (server didn’t let me even complete). “These are eggs Benedict. Did you want them hard boiled?” Last thing I need on a Sat morning is a lecture on how eggs should be when the cook messed up and overcooked the eggs. I had to politely and firmly request to send the eggs back and ask for eggs Benedict (so it runs on the muffins. Next day, we walked to Farine bakery for perfectly poached eggs.Shower is tiny; no shower robes, no slippers. It was like staying a Courtyard, paying Marriott price with a mandatory valet parking when there is a large paid parking lot around the corner. We complained about poor experience, checked out a day early (paying full night). This location is the worst of all things in terms of price, space and staff. You would be better off staying in other Marriott properties.

Rooms were tiny for a Marriott.. the staff was not helpful. Asked if there’s food places open they pointed to the mini-mart thing….. Then they failed to ask if we have a car! Parking is insane!! I think $34.We parked 3 blocks away on the street. There’s a cool mini golf bar open late down the street.Don’t let them scam you. When booking it should warn about the parking situation

I am not sure why people are so tough with their reviews...we thought that there was nothing wrong with hotel or amenities. Rooms were decent, not high end, but clean and comfortable. Great location , close to everything. Okay the one negative is the valet parking. I don't like other people driving my car, but you can't self park, so pay you must for valet parking. I knowEmma Bulalacao-Brooks will respond, but perhaps it's time to get rid of the valet parking, lots of people don't like it for this type of Hotel.

Set up a/c at lowest temperature for many hours but it is still sitting at 78 degree. We asked front to check this out. It worked normally for the first time, but it went on and off for fan and cooling. Room was not so clean and guess housekeeper need more details. Location was perfect.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were smaller than expected but the staff are very friendly. I slept well here. It’s a half hour drive from here to Downtown Seattle.

Club Lounge closed on weekends - this was not referenced on the bon voy app. Staff said it’s because lounge is meant for business members during week and reopens Sunday eve. Haven’t seen this often during travel as most lounges are open during weekends as well.Great location and nice hotel/staff.Standard rooms.

This place lacks quality control on cleaning and maintenance. The toilet was not cleaned when I checked in (it was so dirty that I don’t even wanna describe). The microwave had grease on it and clearly was not cleaned either. The HVAC didn’t work. Called front desk and got put on hold for at least 10min before even speaking about what the issue was. The engineer had to come in at 9pm to fix it. The entire process took more than an hour out of my sleep time.Bad experience. Even had to pay 35$ for parking.Rooms: Dirty

Reasonable hotel. Clean room, basic amenities. The lobby, restaurant and bar have no customers, they are basically closed. There isn’t an ice machine on every floor, and they had the audacity to put a sign saying that this is for the customers “convenience”. Nothing seriously wrong, but I definitely would not recommend this place. The biggest advantage is that it is right next to Redmond town center where there are some good places to eat and shop.

The stay started by getting me a key to an occupied room, so I walked in on someone sleeping at 1:00 am. None of the staff seemed to really care or be concerned for guest security. Then, my room didn't have ANY internet for 2 of the 3 days. There was a short power outage, and tech support said over 10 routers were non-functional, including mine. It was never fixed. The room also didn't have a cell signal, so relaxing in my room was not an option - even the TV required internet. Everyone agreed the router was down, but no one seemed to care about fixing it. I was never offered a new room, points for my inconvenience, or a proactive status of the issue. I had to contact the hotel every time to find out what was happening and talk them into outlining the next steps. I've spent over 2,000 nights in hotels, and this was in the top 10 worst stays ever, mostly because of how the staff handled the many issues. Issues beyond the control of the hotel happen. It's how they get handled that matters. These were not handled at all, let alone well.

This Marriott is in a decent location in Redmond Town Square. This location has an M Lounge where you can pick up snacks and drinks throughout the day. The bar stays open until 11:00 or so. The bar staff is quite nice and very attentive. They only have valet parking (or at least that's what they say) for $34 / day. I found the valet to usually be pretty responsive even at peak times. You can request your car via text which is nice. Once or twice I came back to the hotel and it took a few minutes for the valet to show up, but overall pretty good.

None of the staff was genuinely helpful or nice. They look for any opportunity to lie and take your money and do the minimum. Valet smashed our rental car side mirror into 2 pieces and scratched it the first day and no one said anything or did anything in 3 days even after we said something. They still charged me full price for valet and plenty extra to charge the car up though. And we are good tippers. Robbery with a smile. Also, get out of the area for decent food besides victors celtic coffee.
