I was so excited when Kolh's adopted Shepora at my neighborhood location "Redmond". But unfortunately, it has been so disappointing. I really felt unwelcome and mistreated yesterday at noon. When I got there, the store was empty, and no one helped in the entire store or in the register. After 10 minutes she came with a very bad attitude, it seemed like she hated her job, it seemed like she was the only one person atendinting but still, she took 10 minutes to assist me. She was very argumentative and unprofessional, in every question I had, she was telling me that "unfortunately the product I returned was going to the waste because I opened and I should tried-on in the store". Didn't understand why if Sephora always has this nice option to return a product if the client is not satisfied with the product, but I still explained in a humble reason for my return. Other locations don't question the client for returns too much. This East side area has a lot of European and Middle Eastern populations, and this Sephora location doesn't have very popular european brands like Huda beauty; sooo disappointed

staff was kind and friendly, and apologetic of the messed up system that the sephoras inside of kohl’s have. i purchased an item that was defective. I went to another sephora to try to return it, and they saw on my account that it was purchased from the kohls sephora, so i had to return it there. i brought it there, and they needed a paper receipt and couldn’t look up my account. i didn’t have the paper receipt but was able to show my account and that i purchased it at that location, but they still needed a barcode from a receipt to scan. do better, were in 2023. you should be able to look up someone’s purchase history at the register.

Daniela was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and made my first time experience buying/trying make up super relax and amazing! This is now my favorite store!
