staff was kind and friendly, and apologetic of the messed up system that the sephoras inside of kohl’s have. i purchased an item that was defective. I went to another sephora to try to return it, and they saw on my account that it was purchased from the kohls sephora, so i had to return it there. i brought it there, and they needed a paper receipt and couldn’t look up my account. i didn’t have the paper receipt but was able to show my account and that i purchased it at that location, but they still needed a barcode from a receipt to scan. do better, were in 2023. you should be able to look up someone’s purchase history at the register.

Daniela was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and made my first time experience buying/trying make up super relax and amazing! This is now my favorite store!
