The ground is so dirty. It seems like the pavement hasn't been washed in... Ever. Stepped outside at three different pumps and you can just see & feel the slippery oil and smelly gas all over the ground and your shoes. Tried to park at multiple pumps, finally found a halfway decent one I would step out at. It's just the dirtiest ground I've seen in long time. Either people can't seem to get the gas actually into their tanks, or there's something wrong with their pumps. Gross. Clean it up. Won't be stopping there again.

Stopped at this Shell station to get gas in my work truck.
Filled the tank from empty. It cost almost $100
Went inside to use restroom and thought nothing of it.
It took 8 minutes.
When I came out the lady complained to that I took too long and the owners don't like people to take so long.
Ok.
That's fine.
if 8 minutes is too long to use a restroom and wash my hands..
Thank you.
I'll not be returning.
I would recommend not stopping here for restroom.

The attendant seems to be on drugs . I wanted to go to restroom urgently and it was locked with a code. Asked for the code and was told I need to buy something. Ok will buy. But the attendant was taking her time with previous customer .
I asked for code and mentioned will buy something and she said this is the policy and cannot give the code .
Happened today 5.30 pm.
Avoid this station at all costs .

Very unhelpful and rude attendant. I desperately needed air in my tires. They blocked off their air machine with cones and tape to apparently prevent people from doing drugs behind the building.... HOWEVER the cones and tape could/can easily be moved back to allow access to the air service a normal gas station should provide.... instead of assistanting me or caring about my situation I was met with rudeness and an illogic explanation as to why I couldn't use the air machine. Basically had to continue driving on dangerously low tires. Never getting business from me again.

We're nearly 2 years into this pandemic and this business still doesn't require employees or customers to wear masks. Just got rung up by an employee who was proudly not wearing a mask.

Was just there about 30 min ago. The unlock function failed on the pump for both me and the lady across from me. Fortunately someone honked while I was cleaning out my car. Gas was spilled everywhere for both of us because our tanks overflowed. The lady kept telling us everything was fine to just leave it. And that there was a guy who was supposed to fix it. Upon leaving I didn't see her cover the two giant puddles with anything.

This says it's open 24 hours. That's not true. You can pump gas 24 hours but the store hours are extremely unpredictable and its almost never open late night and early morning. I had to stop going here because its closed so often. I cant say much for the service since the last time I saw a clerk in there was December 2018.
