The change you made to online banking payments is terrible. Instead of seeing all payees and recent payments nicely listed out, I have to go back and scroll/search for everything one by one. The real problem though is that payments which used to be delivered in a day (two max) are now seeming to hang out in la-la land and not be received by the payee.

This bank sucks I received a cashier's check that was drawn on this bank and they would not cash it.Kind of defeats the purpose of a cashier's check. Not only that the teller was kind of rude.

So far in the last year this credit union has held my rent money hostage twice and they do not care. They also have a very flawed monitoring system & stupidest atm I've ever used. Today was upsetting as I walked in nice but was treated rude. Then when the teller was on a call with a coworker she was so nice to her!? If you do have to bank here, read all their d*** rules first (huge amounts of paperwork)and don't expect to be treated kindly.

Not an issue with this specific branch but Google doesn't allow you to write general reviews for a business as a whole.Phone service is beyond terrible. I waited over an hour without a response. Gave up on even trying to call. Worse than Delta Airlines and that's saying something

Run away! They do not answer the phone, they do not return your emails, they charge you fees that that you cannot answer to or contest because they apparently have a no callback/emailback policy. Worst bank I have every been associated with.

Changed locations in Redmond and discontinued Saturday hours and almost all face to face customer service. I've been with them since Seattle Telco almost 20 years. It's a shadow of what it used to be, time to shop around again.

Avoid this bank, all they care about is their money and not their customers. I had a nightmare experience closing my account, I had to jump through so many hoops. Go to somewhere else that will actually care about your experience and wanting to bank with you.

I use SCU in Redmond and they have great customer service all the way to the on site dog treats for my pup. Everyone there is super friendly. And its great they love my dog as well. as know me

Submitted a review about being treated horribly by a teller. The manager responded with a generic message about contacting me, that was not done. These "people" don't care about quality customer service. Go to BECU , I did.
