Love this store. Very clean, well organized and the staff is great. I was looking for a desk chair and had already did my homework online. When I got to the store I found even more select. Prices better than Amazon!

I stay in Downtown Seattle and recently looking for passport photos. Despite disappointing experiences at four CVS locations with both service and photos, a friend recommended Staples. Today, I traveled from Seattle to Redmond for this purpose. I received exceptional assistance from Brayan at customer service, along with helpful support from the entire team who demonstrated a deep understanding of customer needs. Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service was evident, making it feel like their primary focus rather than mere business transactions.
Based on this experience, I highly recommend this store.

Redmond Staple store’s consistent staff attentiveness as you come in to shop—be it welcoming you, acknowledging your presence, or simply just asking you if you need help—and the knowledge of the staff can make one’s routine shopping easy and pleasurable. These positive vibes may just convince an occasional shopper to become a loyal customer!
One tiny segue to the staff’s overall excellent service is worth mentioning here: Recently, I went into the store to buy a few office supplies. When my time came to pay, I requested to use my accumulated Staples dollar-reward points. But the sales cashier could not pull up my points from his register. The store was near closing time. So, I asked permission to leave the items behind with a note of my information and the promise to return the next day. Meantime, at home I signed in to my Staples account and fixed what needed done. The next day, I came back to the store and found that the items were returned to the store shelves! With the note attached to the items, any sales associate who returned the items could have called me on my mobile phone. This was an oversight on someone’s part. I retrieved the items and paid for them in full, with my accumulated dollar-reward points applied.

Was there to take a picture for my passport and older gentleman so at costumer service told me to wait in the area where they take the pictures but nobody came and the gentleman at costumer service was on his phone all the time - I run out of time I told him - he said sorry and I left . Bad service!!!!

I enjoy my shopping experience in the Staples of Redmond. Besides basic household necessities, cleaning supplies, stationery items, and computer accessories, I also find here an interesting assortment of other things in the diverse and wide-ranging stock assortment. In addition, and no less important to me, the customer-service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and competent.
