I stopped in to purchase a chair mat on 2/3/24 around 5pm. I had a 15% off coupon from a recent Amazon return, but forgot to bring this paper, and it was about to expire. The young woman who assisted me provided fantastic customer service that is rare to see. I asked if there was any way to look up my coupon and while there wasn't a way to do this, she went across the store and asked the Amazon returns person what she could do to help me out. She returned to the register and saw a small line of customers had formed. She asked if it would be okay to ring up a few transactions while we waited for her coworker to come up and I agreed. I was impressed that she was considerate enough to ask me first and then proceeded to offer proactive customer service and efficiency to those who were in line behind me. She did a few brief transactions and then made a point to come back and assist me. Her coworker didn't show up yet and when she asked another coworker, he suggested that she just find a way to give the discount. She was resourceful and quickly found a way to enter the discount. On top of that, she thanked me for being patient and even gave me another coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase! I appreciated her willingness to help, her consideration, professionalism, positivity, and her sense of humor (about not forgetting this one at home)! Interactions like this make it so nice to visit a store where you can find what you need same-day and the staff are kind, too!

The nicest people work here! I always get helped quickly and they also give an in-store coupon when you bring returns here for Amazon and other stores, so it’s convenient to pick up household goods here.

I went here mainly for TSA precheck enrollment, but I needed a couple of things from there too. I didn’t know where the TSA section was, so I asked a fellow in the printing section. He pointed me to the back but he didn’t seem very friendly. My TSA appointment went super quick! I went there 10mins before my actual appt and I was done in about 5 mins, even before my actual appt time! After, I couldn’t find the thumbtacks so I asked another person from the printing section (not the initial guy) where they were, and he was very nice and knew exactly where they were located, as well as the gas duster cans. The cashier who rung me up was super kind too! I happened to mention I did the TSA enrollment and he asked if I received a store coupon for a $10 off $30; I said no, and he went and got one to apply to my purchases! So awesome—basically I got the thumbtacks for free! Thank you Staples in Redmond, WA for a great experience! I felt like it was my lucky day!

I came here to pickup JBL vibe bluetooth speaker they said don't have then i asked the customer & switch to another model for which they hanged empty boxes they don’t even have that, later the store manager came & said they have the white color in that model after 10 minutes manager came from store room & said they don’t even have white ones,Moral of the story the just keep empty boxes for which they don’t any thing in store to keep giving trouble to customers to show stores is full of stuff.EMPTY BOX STORE

This review is only for the TSA precheck registration service. It was packed on the day before Christmas Eve. The young guy with glasses helping us (I forget his name) took everyone back in a really efficient manner staying on time and juggling walkins. The actual registration and fingerprints only took 10 minutes and I got my KTN in 3 days in time for an upcoming trip. So happy I drove from Seattle to come here!

This review is strictly for the Staples printing center, probably one of the most efficient and helpful experiences I have ever had at any office supply store. I wish I would have gotten the name, but I know on my receipt it says the cashier number was 196-2413. This literally made so much of my Christmas letters and cards so much less intimidating and so efficient for sending out. Big thanks to the staff, I hope somebody gets the recognition they deserve.

They claim to have e-waste recycling there and when you show up they require that you install an app on your phone. What does installing an app on your phone have to do with recycling a computer part? Maybe some company some day can do something good without it being an excuse to steal your personal data. Oh well.

The employees here are always so kind, helpful and quick! It was nearing closing time and busy but the cashiers still eagerly helped me load my trunk with some heavy office furniture. It was even raining lightly outside and they insisted on helping even though I hadn’t asked. This level of customer service seems hard to come across now-a-days and especially in the PNW so their service was definitely awesome!

Ibar in the print shop is seriously the best. He helps me with prints of all kinds for my business. The communication is always so quick and efficient. I also feel like he goes above and beyond to ensure I get the best bang for my buck. I have probably got 100's of prints from posters to stickers, to thank you cards and I have NEVER been disappointed once. I can't say enough good things.
