the absolute worse experience i have ever had in my life. do not come here, waste of time. waste of money. I called ahead and told them i have an hour and 10 minutes to get a SIMPLE acrylic set and they told me that was perfect. I reconfirmed when i got to the salon and again they told me that it was totally fine and they could accommodate. Kari started doing my nails and half way through she walked away to start doing another customers nails. by the time she got back to me she had 25 minutes left and told me she wasn't going to be able to finish but she could put a clear coat on and i could come back tomorrow. Then she told me it was going to cost me $50 for this service and an additional $35 tomorrow to finish which is over the price of what i was asking for. I told her that i didn't feel comfortable paying that price when i am leaving with an unfinished service. She starts screaming at me and the other worker starts screaming at me telling me that i HAVE TO PAY and i should have come with more time. WHAT?! i confirmed twice that my time frame was fine. Then the lady started yelling and asking me what i wanted to pay. they charged me $40 but i should have walked out. DO NOT COME HERE.

The worst pedicure I have EVER had. We were insulted multiple times and a pedicure took almost 2 hours!! They ended up selling my friend this awful $90 service that was so sloppy. We both walked away with bloody toes. It was awkward and embarrassing for both of us.Service: Pedicure

Got a gel manicure and pedicure and quality of work was decent. As other reviewers mentioned, they are slow. It took 2-1/2 hours with no one else in the shop. I was also charged an additional $25 to take off the old polish (which took less than 3 mins), making the mani/pedi $115! Should have read the reviews first...it looks like there is always some $25 upcharge for some made-up reason. Redmond Town Center needs a better nail salon!Services: Pedicure

Extremely slow service to get mani/pedi. It took almost three hours, which isunacceptable. The two nail techs are overbooked/overwhelmed with clients. My nail tech made a deep cut while removing an ingrown toenail and it started to bleed. I hope, there will be no serious infection.Also, the same nail tech told me to dry fresh nail polish outside in sunshine instead of the salon, I consider this rude. The service was $95.00 and, honestly, it's not worth it. I won't be back.Services: Pedicure

Walked in weekday during lunch and they were able to seat me immediately. Kind, quick service. Got a shellac and they charged $45, included hand massage and sent me home with a new nail file and buffer which was a nice touch. They asked if everything looked alright throughout the service. I don't know why I came back here knowing the customer service and quality is lacking. Well actually I do, because it's open late and my regular place was already closed since it's Sunday. The quality is crap. They charged me the same amount ($45 each) for my daughter and I. However my daughter didn't get her cuticles cut, or hot towel wrap. They were busy and rushing through our services. Then told us to stand in the sunshine for 10 mins to finish drying. Didn't use the uv light on the "gel" polish and I had to ask for a receipt twice. Smh.

I had a nice relaxing time here getting a pedicure. I took them up on the jelly upsell. Have never seen that before and it was lovely, very worth it since I don't get a lot of opportunities to pamper myself. Nice ladies. Will return

DO NOT GO. Overpriced, bad quality, rude. We were in from out of town and tried to get nails done. Ladies were rude, Service was slow and tried to charge me for taking off polish. No thanks. Research more and find a better place next time…thumbs double down.????

I'm from New York and have yet to find a decent nail salon. I will not return to this nail salon. The water in the pedicure basin was COLD not even Luke warm. Barely pushed my cuticles back. One pass with the file and buff. Seemed annoyed when I asked if they have an autoclave to sterilize their equipment. This is a normal thing to ask when you go somewhere new Huge gap between my skin and nail. $45 for pedicure $30 manicure plus tip lead to $90 for what I could have done better at home. Pass.

This salon is amazing. I've gone 3 times now and it's the best place to go. It's perfect and the workers are so nice. I have anxiety in public and they will talk if you like but I just get my nails done. They are absolutely the best people 10/10 will only go here!!Service: Acrylic nails
