Don’t bother because it’s on campus. I waited an hour for 2 reps to help 2 customers. They said 5 mins when I got there. Last time took forever too and they couldn’t even help. Said they couldn’t cancel lines at their location.

Great experience today with Brenna. Brought my parents in to help them sort out their account, as they’ve got a weird setup. She was super patient and collaborative. I would definitely come back.

T mobile is a scam. I tried the 15 days 5g internet and the cancelation process took me more than 3 hours and 4 calls to get my money back. I've yet to get my money back

Big junk. Even after cancelling device lines they send bills, annoying customer service.spent 2 days on phone for hours, still cannot resolve issues.

They didn't apply a Microsoft discount to my plan and put the wrong phone down for a trade in. Luckily, I was able to fix these problems by contacting t mobile directly. It felt like the reps here didn't know what they were doing.

There were four staff in the store, but we still had to wait for half hour to get hosted by the only staff who apparently knows everything! And none of the rest knew anything about T-Mobile or the plan or any promotion at allexperience. I tried to talk to any of those and they were not helpful at all. What a "nice and wonderful" experience.

Great customer service at this store! Super helpful, really on the ball, responsive. Good rates and unlimited data and WiFi calling. Been a long time AT&T customer and recently wanted to switch after they somehow billed for WiFi calling and disabled hotspot access. Looking forward to trying out T-Mobile instead and having ability to travel with my phone cellular coverage on.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ADS AND VOICED IT ON FACEBOOK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A REP. WANTING TO ADDRESS IT. I chatted BRIEFLY, SHE WAS SINCERELY INTERESTED IN HELPING ME. SHE STARTED TO HELP BUT I HAD TO LEAVE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD HELP ME AT MY CONVENIENCE. I TOOK CARE OF IT BY GETTING A VPN. Today I called on A DIFFERENT MATTER AGAIN T-MOBLES REP CAME THROUGH FOR ME, HER NAME WAS LISA FROM THE TAMPA OFFICE. LET ME SAY IF YOU WERE OR ARE IN THE MILITARY LET T-MOBLE KNOW AND TELL OTHER MILITARY WHOM MAY NOT BE USING T-MOBLE TO SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO T-MOBLE. I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEM WITH T-MOBLE ALL HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND SETTLED IN MY FAVOR SOLID 5 STARS TO T-MOBLE SERVICE
