This Target has gotten worse over the past 3 years. The older lady with long dark hair at customer service is one of the worst employees I have experienced and not on a one off, this is from multiple interactions personally and even observing her with co-workers. She has a terrible attitude, is unhelpful, and rude. The opposite of what customer service should be. They never have any cashiers and think it's reasonable to make customers wait for self-checkout when you already have to wait for help to resolve anything. They also don't want to take responsibility for their own errors with display prices or just waiting to have something unlocked. Not to mention that you have to check out repeatedly if you get multiple locked items which is very inconvenient for customers. I have been going less and less to Target and I will NOT be shopping here anymore going forward.

Great location, by Hampton Inn Suites with EV charging yay.
Bright huge store, clean with lots of staff to be seen. Deals all the time though not Costco-like.
Clean washrooms.
Safe area, one of the nicer ones.

The interior of this store is not laid out like most other Target stores that I've been in and that makes it challenging to get in and out quickly difficult. Other than that the store is clean and parking is plentiful.

I really enjoy shopping in the women’s clothing section. The styles fit my taste, and I can almost always find a few pieces I like. The prices are reasonable, and overall, I think the selection offers great value for money.
I also appreciate how easy the return process is. Even if I buy the wrong size, it’s simple to return and reorder, which makes shopping stress-free and encourages me to come back.
One suggestion: at self-checkout, some staff seem unfamiliar with how to apply member discounts. A little more training in this area could help improve the experience.

The locked doors at this location are frankly quite ridiculous, even compared to other anti-shoplifting policies I’ve seen. God forbid you wish to buy deodorant. I feel very bad for these employees- they are being stretched very thin across an enormous store. This company does not appear to respect its employees or trust its customers. I hope that they reflect upon this decision, especially with so many other options close by.

There is much to like about the Redmond Target store: unlike the downtown Seattle store, this one was clean and reasonably well-organized. Also, the prices were good and the bathrooms were clean. But, check-out was slow because lines were very long at both self-check-out and manned registers. After standing for too long, a register opened near me, and I finally got to check out.

This is our favorite Target store in the area. For the first time in what seems like years, they have been staffed enough to open additional registers when the front end is crowded.
