Tender Touch Small Animal Hospital is a caring and professional veterinary clinic known for its friendly staff and attentive care. The team consistently remembers their clients and their pets, demonstrating genuine concern for their health and well-being. The veterinarians, especially Dr. Sadhanala, are knowledgeable, thorough, and take a holistic approach, exploring root causes rather than just prescribing medication. The ambiance of the clinic is inviting, making visits comfortable for pets and owners alike. Staff members are empathetic, patient, and willing to provide clear explanations and cost breakdowns, aiming to make treatments affordable. The clinic is dedicated to ensuring pets, especially seniors, receive the TLC they need, with thorough testing and personalized attention. While the overall experience is highly positive, some clients noted occasional delays in follow-up after medication. Overall, Tender Touch is highly recommended for compassionate, expert veterinary care.

My dog was having a few different health problems all at once, including needing a tooth extraction. These were issues another vet had glossed over, but this team was amazing. They came up with a really comprehensive plan and prioritized her treatments perfectly.
