The sandwhiches are great quality. The mayo is even made locally. The baked goods are delicious and they have some unique ones (to me anyway) and I lived in France for awhile. The service was pleasant and the woman was positive and kind. We did take the items to go but they were delicious and we went back before leaving town. Will go again.

If you choose to dine in, and they have you a number the expectation is to receive everything on my table, not partially. When I asked to the cashier she was not polite. They need to improve the customer

I'm baffled by the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews for this place. Their pastries are unbelievably bland, and the coffee is like sipping on hay – absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Let's talk about their Napoleon; it's essentially a concoction of butter and sugar, lacking any finesse. Tiramisu - comparing it to Costco's tiramisu is a downright insult; Costco's tastes like the real deal, while this place serves up a sugary disappointment. It's almost as if they have a secret recipe for turning everything into a buttery letdown. When it comes to basic pastries, they seem to have missed the memo entirely. It's like pastry-making 101 passed right over their heads. Shame on calling it "French", more like "Booneville pastries" will be the right name... The lack of skill is truly astonishing.

Great pastries! The ham and provolone croissant was just okay but their sweet pastries were amazing.

I worked in customer service so not just being unfair but had a kind of experience that maybe management would want to know about. Came in today around 2:30 and there was 10 workers it felt . Not one acknowledged my existence (that’s okay I guess, just odd for a bakery where you are used to someone atleast saying hello) , but it wasn’t even that busy. Ordered something, hung out and waited for the order. Some time , I finally ask if the order is coming soon. Some girl finally looks at me and says “….no” . Haha, just bad service. Later it comes out and I finally see it there for pick up and just grab it and leave . Not a single interaction with all the employees besides the one who coldly said no.

There are no price tags on the pastries. At checkout, you're prompted to pay a tip that starts at 15%.There are still a few places that don't try to trick you like this, so let's support them instead

Got my coffee order wrong , gave me a cold croissant , got my name completely wrong for my order. I had to double check it wasn't someone else's order or an online order.Nope they got it completely wrong .

I used to love this place and, while the pastries are still good, the crepes and sandwich quality has taken a dive. My wife ordered a mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich. Both the mozzarella and pesto seem to be from Costco. My crepe with Turkey and cranberries was very sweet from overloading with a very sweet cranberry sauce and the Turkey was limited - it should be listed under sweet crepes, not savory ones. They used to have a smoked salmon crepe that was fantastic, but alas it’s no longer on the menu.

Fantastic place, with pastries on display in the traditional French style without individual packages.Had a rose latte and the Black Forest Cake. Rose latte really tasted strongly of roses, which is a new one. Usually it's just a hint. But it wasn't bad, it was absolutely delicious. It was my treat to myself for doing a good job. I deserve it and they deserve their five stars. Thank you.

The food is REALLY expensive for what you're given. The good is okay, and they focus more on giving you more of the inexpensive items and less of what you actually want. For example I ordered a Nutella twist and 85% of it was just the bread with butter and sugar, the rest was the Nutella
