I got a lash lift and a brow wax done by Jacquelyn. After a previous bad experience getting a lash lift (at a different salon) Jacquelyn made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my lashes and brows. I am very happy with the result and will be coming back.

I liked the service and the atmosphere. The folks there were friendly.
Only one thing is I felt they went a bit fast while doing it to keep it within time so at times my skin was pulled while waxing. It's still red and burns while taking a bath. It was bleeding a bit too.

I’ve been seeing Lauren for years! She does a fabulous job… I have excellent retention when she does my lashes. she is expert with all waxing services. It is lovely to have someone you can trust completely with your grooming needs.

Clean, professional, convenient and comforting. I scheduled my appointment yesterday morning and was seen the same afternoon. It was my first lash lift and I was nervous. I wish I could remember the name of the gal but she was great! The entire place was clean and relaxing. My tech walked me through every step and when I expressed discomfort with the angle she adjusted my table and made sure I was comfortable and having a good experience. My only regret is that I wish I had added a tint with the lift! I will absolutely be back!

You’ll always come back! I’ve been seeing Lauren at the Redmond location on and off for over 2 years. I’ve ventured away for convenience but quickly realized the extra 10 min. drive to come have her do my lashes is way worth it. She by far has been the best esthetician doing my lashes, brows and all the things. The salon is always clean, calming and everyone has been super friendly.

Natalie is the absolute best at everything she does. My eyelashes and body have been in her hands for over three years!!!!!! The lash and wax boutique is clean, calm, incredible and positive.

I started coming here after my previous place closed unexpectedly. I wasn't happy to try and find a new place because my old place was "working" for me.... But I am so glad things turned out the way they did because the Wax and Lash Boutique is 1000% better! First off, I didn't know you could have your lashes done and have it not hurt. Second off, these lashes last way longer. Third - they just look better! Every time I leave I'm in love with the work and they always get me done within the timeframe. They are consistent and give me exactly what I want. The salon is very relaxing and everyone I've seen has been polite and amazing. Plus you can tell they take pride in hygiene and it just feels clean. The prices are great and they also always have fun goodies and product for purchase. This place is the best and I highly recommend- thank you for always doing an amazing job!

I had Lauren do a fill on my lashes while i was visiting over the holidays, she did such an amazing job and the fill lasted longer than any i’ve gotten elsewhere !! the experience was super comfortable and relaxing, i would definitely go to Lauren again !!

I have used Ri for my lashes and waxing needs. She’s an artist at work and clearly loves to create her own masterpiece. She has such a gentle way about her work as well as being wonderful about being able to read the room if you want to chat it up or have a relaxing quiet experience, it creates an easy spa like experience and she has such a talent in creating the exact look that fits your face. She is consistent and radiates kindness and excitement about making you look your best. She always creating the best experience from the moment you arrive and only impresses me more each time with her ability to create exactly the look I’m looking for.
