“Wonderful store! The remodel looks beautiful. Lots of light to shop by. The volunteers are more than willing to help you find whatever your needs are. Every Tuesday is 20%off for seniors.”

“Customer service has always been great here for me. I come about twice a month and the staff have always been helpful. I also find their location to be organized. I will say, some prices are a hit and miss, but I haven’t been to another goodwill to see if this is just their location or all goodwills.”

“Employees price everything super well and if you’re willing to pick for it you’ve got endless options and variety of knick knacks, antiques, gaming chairs, bikes, monitors, furniture, and more. Super cool folks run the place and I plan on being back at a timely manner very soon so I can spend even more time and money at this place.”

“This store is awesome. Very nice people inside. I always find great items here immediately that would take me hours in other thrift stores. Probably because they are so organized and their items are high quality. I feel like this place is too good to be true.”

“My favorite thrift store in the area. They have a wide range of things for everyone in the family. It is well kept for the most part. They have good sales daily. Prices are comparable to other thrift stores in the area. When you donate they will give you a discount coupon for the next time You are in shopping. I also love their mission to serve the local community.”

“Great collection of contemporary women's clothing, from blouses, knits, t shirts, dresses and shoes! Worth looking at! Great prices, too, with a sale every day and every wee.”

“This review is for the donation drop off. They’re not only open from 9am to 7pm every single day but I’ve gone through several times with bagged and bagged items of all sorts and not only are they super kind and friendly but efficient too! This drive up also has a lot of room for the line leading up if there’s even a line, and a protected stoplight on your way out.”

“One thing I love about the organization I work for is it's a corporate standard to give back to the community on a monthly (not yearly,) basis. This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!”

“So sad this place closed. I liked thrifting there and I remember volunteering here while I was in high school during the summer breaks for community service hours. This was such a neat store. They’d make us iron out the clothes with a steamer and the items were well curated. I hope this store reopens again….”

“Nice & quiet store, I was greeted with a friendly hello from every employee that I passed. By far the most organized thrift store I've been in. No clothes dropped on the floor and everything is color coordinated. Refreshing to see good prices, some thrift stores are now charging regular prices for second hand clothes now. I didn't see any clothes over $7.”

“Over priced as usual but way better prices than Redmond VV. But I'm taking the time writing this review to recognize a wonderful employee named Les. I have PTSD trauma disorder since my husband passed away and to ease that at night mostly, I like to go to thrift stores and I spend a lot of money each time. But because I like to stay awhile and load up my cart other thrift stores treat me like I'm a thief and treat me as such. Just last night at the Redmond VV the manager was very rude,( blonde lady, the one before her Donna even ruder,) I spent $170 but they still treated me like 3rd class and I shop like that at least 1-2 times a week. But Les made me feel so comfortable and unjudged and she was so friendly not breathing down my neck as I checked out making me go into a panic attack like the other location. (Woodinville is even worse with their day time women employee and manager )
Thank you Les!!! You are awesome! You should train all stores how to be so kind and friendly like you!”

“On Monday 30 December 2024 12:30 pm the donation center was open and running, so this donation location is definitely not closed ( though obviously I don't know how often they follow their opening hours as per the other reviews)”

“Worth the 1 + hour drive from Puyallup! Nicer stuff, there is a customer bathroom, much better jewelry case, and the carts are able to leave the store. Prices in the Western Washington stores' prices are all much higher, so I only shop on Senior Tuesday now.
PSA - reserve one item from the Jewelry Case and you get an employee to check you out!”
