Cookie is the best! I have very thick, curly hair and haven't been very successful in finding the right stylist until Cookie. I showed her a pic of the haircut I wanted, she patiently listened to me rant about my hair and started right away. In 30 mins I got the exact style I wanted. Very efficient and friendly. She's been doing this for 30 years! She's also very busy and gets booked out very far. You can park in the garage and walk by and let her know you are there. She'll let you in. I can say I have finally found a great stylist!

Without fail, I always walk out of the salon with gorgeous hair. I just couldn't get my hair done anywhere else. It's always done perfectly here and looks exactly how I wanted. Definitely the best salon I've ever been to.

Cuc has been cutting my hair for 25 years. She is the best. Easy to talk to, just cuts it the way I like it, and always gets me in even last minute. If she ever retires I don't know what I'll do. Cash or check only. Sometimes I forget and have to come back and pay her later.

Walked in because the window literally says walk ins welcome. But she told me she only does appointments. Kind of confusing. She still did my hair, which was really nice of her, but I didn't like how it turned out. She did seem a little standoffish toward me compared to her other customers. This is probably a decent place if you have a certain kind of hairstyle in mind, and mine wasn't it. It's a cash only establishment, which I didn't see on any signs anywhere. I probably won't be back. I just think she should take down the walk ins welcome sign if she doesn't actually do walk ins... she informed me that she's booked "all the time."

I went back to Toppers' for the second time this morning, and again had the best haircut since I have been in Redmond. Cookie is friendly, professional and efficient. She is also very busy, but finally I have found the stylist I was looking for.
