“Everything ran as smooth as butter with Butler. Great communication and coordination, even on Seafair Weekend, which is probably their busiest of the year. I was pretty nervous putting about a fifth of our out-of-town wedding guests (42 in total) in the hands of Butler and letting them transport everyone an hour south of Seattle on Seafair Weekend, but it went perfectly! They were total professionals and got everyone to the wedding even a little bit early (which was fine). Tip: Book early if you're going to try to have an event on Seafair Weekend.”

“I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”
