Enjoyed exploring this shop. You can try the games first before purchasing. There are tables for people to meet and play. Some snacks to go with the game as well.

I've been to the Crossroads location back when it was still around and found the staff there friendly and helpful! I'm new to Magic the Gathering and wanted to try playing in person after playing for a few weeks on Arena. I had some questions regarding their pre-release event, so I jumped on discord to ask some questions there to get some clarity. Over the last few days, I've been in communication with James who came off cordial at first, who then turned condescending and demeaning the more questions I asked, because my questions weren't being addressed at all or clearly. I was made to feel like I had a comprehension issue, which I admit I do at times. The description of the event wasn't clear to me, which is why I was asking to get clarification and wasn't expecting to be received by such rudeness. I really wanted to attend this pre-release event, but I am going to be passing as it sounds like James is the one hosting the event and I would rather not have face to face contact with an individual like this. I'm sure not all of the staff is like this this, but this is my first and only interaction with a staff member at this location and event though it's the closest card shop near me, I'd rather go somewhere else like Mox's in Bellevue where my experience has been very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful guy who runs it, and they have a few things I haven't seen in other game stores. The thing about this place is that they sell loose polyhedral dice! :)

This is such a fun and inviting game store. They have so many things to look at and explore you could spend hours here. Lots of fun events and great place for beginners to learn a new hobby or game. Dan K. And Lilly were super kind and helpful!

If we lived closer we'd love to take part in some of the community events here! This is a fun little store with lots of great games - classics as well as the lesser-known games, and also a small consignment section (not sure what kind of items they take for this - I'm guessing its quite selective because its always smaller than what I expect.) Prices are reasonable and I like supporting relatively small business.

Went in specifically for jigsaw puzzles . The first thing I noticed though, was the smell. Not great. I don't know, maybe it was a temporary thing - someone had beans for lunch? Anyway, I guess the game selection was good but I am not a gamer. The jigsaw puzzle was disappointing. Mostly Ravensburger and a lot of Disney-themes. Not that Ravensburger puzzles aren't good, but I expected more of a selection. And the prices were higher than Ben Franklin's, right down the street.

Super fun place to shop or hang out. They have *every* role-playing board game. They have tons of other games too. Best of all, they have a huge wall of free-to-play games an puzzles. I brought my niece and nephew down and hung out for an hour playing Monopoly! Free entertainment in a mall is hard to find!!!

Play from the demo library and shop board games at this store located on the first level of the Redmond Town Center. Inside is spacious with wide tables to try out games or attend a nightly game event. Staff is friendly and do not pressure you to leave even after staying for a couple of hours. We almost always end up buying a new game from the library each visit.
